¿Cuál es tu rol dentro de la empresa?
Me encargo de la supervisión del montaje, la operativa y el mantenimiento de los Parque Eólicos que están a cargo de la empresa.

¿Cuáles son tus tareas diarias?
Llevo adelante la supervisión total de los parques. Esto implica desde controlar los indicadores principales de cada aerogenerador, interactuar con el tecnólogo hasta planificar las tareas y procedimientos a seguir diariamente.

¿Cómo te sentís llevándolas adelante?
Me siento bien, creo que lo mejor está por venir. Ventus es una empresa que sabe lo que quiere y tiene objetivos muy precisos.

¿Cómo definirías Ventus en una frase?
Nos importa el futuro.

¿Qué significa para vos trabajar en Ventus a nivel profesional?
Es una oportunidad muy valiosa y no la quiero desaprovechar. Día a día uno siente el apoyo y la colaboración profesional que hay aquí y es incomparable. Creo que tendré un desarrollo profesional muy importante.

¿Y en lo personal?
Creo que tendré muchas oportunidades de desarrollar todo mi potencial en el sector eólico. Espero superar mis expectativas y la de los demás, sin descuidar la tarea más maravillosa que existe: la de ser papá.

¿Qué tres cualidades tuyas destacarías que se han potenciado desde tu ingreso a la compañía?
La forma de pensar, planificar y ejecutar cada paso.

¿Dónde trabajaste antes de ingresar a Ventus?
En CIEMSA/CSI donde estuve 5 años.

¿Cómo te ves en cinco años?
Creo que Ventus se encargará de la operativa y el mantenimiento de la mayoría de los parques de Uruguay, decir esto es ser muy optimista, pero creo que hay mucho potencial en la empresa que debe ser aprovechado por cualquier propietario de un aerogenerador. Muchas veces las personas no aprecian y valoran lo que tienen, y no se dan cuenta que tan cerca puede estar. Nosotros queremos demostrar que somos ese socio que lo va a respaldar. Esto va a ocurrir también a nivel internacional, y nosotros queremos formar parte del desarrollo del sector eólico en toda Latinoamérica.

¿Dónde crees que está tu potencial
En la energía eólica, no tengo dudas.

¿Qué virtudes tuyas resaltarías que te llevan a ocupar el cargo que tenes?
El conocimiento de la operativa y funcionamiento de los parques así como del mantenimiento predictivo, preventivo y correctivo.

¿Tuviste alguna experiencia anterior de trabajo en Parque Eólicos?
Trabaje en O&M en VESTAS durante casi 5 años y pude aprender muchísimo del sector. Por ejemplo, técnicas de mantenimiento predictivo y preventivo así como todo lo referente a la puesta en marcha de aerogeneradores V80, V90, V100 y V112.

¿Qué es llevar adelante la operativa de un Parque Eólico?
Es cuidar la inversión de nuestros clientes, alcanzando los índices más altos de operación y rendimiento de sus parques.

¿Qué diferencia ves en relación a otras empresas nacionales e internacionales?
Ventus es una empresa que conoce todas las etapas de desarrollo de Parque Eólicos, tiene experiencia en cada una de esas etapas y realiza cada tarea pensando en la calidad y seguridad de sus proyectos.
Somos muy buenos en lo que hacemos, desde el desarrollo hasta la implementación y, a medida que pase el tiempo seremos mejores, en este sentido, no hay que ser modesto, ya que tenemos mucho potencial. Ventus cuenta con muchos profesionales y técnicos de primer nivel que tienen la camiseta puesta y no descansan hasta cumplir con los objetivos establecidos por la dirección. Esto hace diferente a Ventus de las demás. Mi experiencia indica eso. Y estoy muy orgulloso de pertenecer a este gran equipo.[/tp]

Which is your role in the company?
I am in charge of the assembly supervision, the operations and maintenance of the Wind Farms the company manages.

What are your daily tasks?
I manage the whole supervision of the farms. This involves controlling the main indicators of each wind turbine, interacting with the technician, daily tasks and procedures planning.

How do you feel about it?
I feel fine, I think that the best is yet to come. Ventus is a company that knows what it wants and has very specific goals.

How would you define Ventus in one phrase?
We care about the future.

What does it mean for you to work for Ventus on a professional level?
It is a very valuable opportunity and I don’t want to miss it. Day by day one feels the support and professional collaboration; that is unique.

And on a personal level?
I think I will have a lot of opportunities to develop my potential in the wind power industry. I hope to exceed my expectations and that of others, without neglecting the most amazing duty there is: being a dad.
Which three qualities you have strengthen since your arrival would you highlight? The way I think, plan and execute each step.

Where did you work before joining Ventus?
At CIEMSA/CSI where I worked for 5 years.

How do you see yourself in 5 years time?
I think that Ventus will be in charge of the operations and maintenance of the majority of the wind farms in Uruguay. Saying this is very optimistic, but I believe there is a lot of potential in the company for any wind turbine owner to take advantage of. Many times people don’t appreciate what they have, they don’t realize how close it can be. We want to show that we are that partner that will support you. This will also occur on an international level, and we want to take part in the development of the wind power industry in all Latin America.

Where do you think lies your potential?
In the wind power, I have no doubts.

Which of the virtues that have made you get to the position you have today would you highlight?
The operations and running of the wind farms, as well as the predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance.

Have you had any previous experience working with Wind Farms?
I worked for O&M at VESTAS during almost 5 years and I learned a lot about the industry. For example, predictive and preventive maintenance techniques, as well as all what has to do with the V80, V90, V100 and V112 wind turbines start up.

What does it take to run the operations of a Wind Farm?
It is taking care of our client’s investment, reaching the farms’ highest operation and performance indexes.

What difference do you see in relation to other national companies? And international?
Ventus is a company that is familiar with all the development stages of Wind Farms, we have experience in each and every stage and we do every task considering the quality and safety of their projects. We are good at what we do, from the development to the implementation, and as time goes by we will improve, with this there is no need to be modest, since we have lots of potential. Ventus has many professionals and first level technicians who are committed and who don’t rest until they meet the objectives established by management. This makes the difference between Ventus and other companies. That’s what my experience indicates and I’m very proud of being part of this team.
