\nVisita de Integral a Ventus<\/strong><\/em>

En el mes de julio recibimos en nuestras oficinas la visita del Presidente y el Director de Proyectos de la empresa multinacional colombiana Integral, para analizar\u00a0las sinergias entre ambas empresas y las soluciones que Ventus e Integral pueden ofrecer en el continente americano.<\/em><\/p>\n

En el marco de este encuentro, profesionales de la empresa presentaron los servicios que desde Ventus se pueden brindar para proyectos solares y e\u00f3licos: desde la selecci\u00f3n de los sitios id\u00f3neos para la instalaci\u00f3n de un proyecto, pasando por los estudios de las redes el\u00e9ctricas, construcci\u00f3n, hasta la posterior operaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento de un parque.<\/p>\n

Visitamos parques e\u00f3licos y solares desarrollados por Ventus en formato EPC llave en mano y parques e\u00f3licos conectados en alta tensi\u00f3n en los que Ventus particip\u00f3 en el gerenciamiento de los mismos.<\/p>\n

Oscar Ferre\u00f1o, Director de Ventus coment\u00f3 \u201cha sido muy fruct\u00edfero poder interactuar con una empresa de ingenier\u00eda tan importante como Integral. La caracter\u00edstica singular de Ventus es que se trata de una empresa que abarca todas las etapas de los proyectos de energ\u00edas renovables, solares y e\u00f3licos, desde la identificaci\u00f3n de sitios, evaluaci\u00f3n de recursos, proyectos de ingenier\u00eda civil y de interconexi\u00f3n con sistemas el\u00e9ctricos, la construcci\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n & mantenimiento. Confiamos en que nuestro know \u2013 how en energ\u00edas renovables pueda contribuir a encontrar sinergias para la concreci\u00f3n de proyectos en nuestro continente\u201d.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, Carlos Eduardo Isaza, Presidente de Integral agreg\u00f3: \u201cColombia actualmente est\u00e1 creando los mecanismos jur\u00eddicos y financieros para direccionar la expansi\u00f3n de su parque el\u00e9ctrico con fuentes renovables no convencionales, e Integral est\u00e1 muy interesado en jugar un papel relevante en ese negocio. Para tal efecto hemos estado buscando en los \u00faltimos meses un socio de gran experiencia y know-how tecnol\u00f3gico en proyectos de energ\u00eda renovable, con el cual podamos conformar un equipo sin\u00e9rgico y productivo, que garantice una participaci\u00f3n exitosa en ese nuevo mercado e importantes retornos econ\u00f3micos para ambas empresas. Luego de haber conocido a Ventus en esta vista y de identificar que son una gran empresa por sus recursos humanos, organizaci\u00f3n empresarial, estrategias de mercado y know-how, estamos satisfechos y podemos manifestar que con ustedes podemos explorar y planificar, incluso, futuros m\u00e1s ambiciosos.\u201d.<\/p>\n

\nIntegral visits Ventus<\/strong><\/em>

In July we received in our offices the President, and of the Project Director, of the Colombian multinational company Integral. The visit was aimed to analyze the synergies and solutions that Ventus, and Integral can offer in the American continent.<\/em><\/p>\n

As part of this meeting, professionals from the company presented the services that Ventus can provide for solar and wind projects: from the selection of sites suitable for the installation of a project, through the studies of electrical networks, and constructions, to the subsequent operations and maintenance of parks.<\/p>\n

We visited wind, and solar, parks developed by Ventus in turn-key EPC format, and high voltage, wind farms in which Ventus participated during the management of these wind farms.<\/p>\n

Oscar Ferre\u00f1o, Director of Ventus commented \u00abIt has been very fruitful to be able to interact with an engineering company as important as Integral. The unique feature of Ventus is that it is a company that covers all stages of renewable, solar, and wind energy projects, from site identification, resource assessment, civil engineering, interconnection with electrical systems, construction, and operation & maintenance. We are confident that our know – how in renewable energies can contribute to find synergies for the realization of projects in our continent.\u201d.<\/p>\n

Integral President, Carlos Eduardo Isaza added: \u00abColombia is currently creating the legal and financial mechanisms to direct the expansion of its electric power plant towards non-conventional renewable sources, and Integral is very interested in playing a relevant role in that business. To this end, we have been looking for a partner with vast experience, and technological know-how, in renewable energy projects, with which we can form a synergistic and productive team, which guarantees a successful participation in this new market, and generates substantial economic returns for both companies. Having met Ventus in this view, we\u00b4ve identified that it is a great company with human resources, business structure, market strategies, and know-how. We are satisfied, and we can safely say that with Ventus we can explore and plan more future ambitions that initially sought.\u00bb.<\/p>\n
