\u00bfCu\u00e1l es tu rol dentro de Ventus?<\/strong><\/p>\n Ingres\u00e9 a Ventus en 2014, luego de una muy buena experiencia de trabajo en el armado de una planta termo-solar de gran porte en Emiratos \u00c1rabes Unidos.<\/p>\n En Ventus comenc\u00e9 en el \u00e1rea de Ingenier\u00eda de Distribuci\u00f3n y como supervisor de obras electromec\u00e1nicas en varios Parques E\u00f3licos en Uruguay. Aqu\u00ed trabaj\u00e9 desde la etapa de gestaci\u00f3n de los proyectos hasta la puesta en marcha de los parques. Luego pas\u00e9 al \u00e1rea de Ingenier\u00eda de Transmisi\u00f3n, donde me centr\u00e9 en la parte de asesor\u00eda de grandes proyectos solares.<\/p>\n Todas estas etapas me han permitido tener una visi\u00f3n m\u00e1s integral del negocio.<\/p>\n En la actualidad, \u00bfQu\u00e9 servicios puede brindar Ventus para Parques Solares?<\/strong><\/p>\n En lo que respecta estrictamente a la ingenier\u00eda, desde la empresa cubrimos todos los aspectos del proyecto; desde lo civil a lo vial, o las estructuras para los parques solares, la ingenier\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica interna, as\u00ed como la interconexi\u00f3n en redes de media y alta tensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n Desde Ventus buscamos dar a los clientes soluciones hechas a medida, que se ajusten a las necesidades de su negocio, y as\u00ed poder, para el caso de grandes consumidores, optimizar su consumo de energ\u00eda de fuentes renovables de acuerdo a su demanda.<\/p>\n En la actualidad estamos trabajando en el asesoramiento e interconexi\u00f3n a la red el\u00e9ctrica de dos Parques Solares. Uno de ellos es de porte mediano, de 16 MW nominales, y se conecta en media tensi\u00f3n (31,5kV) en la Red de Distribuci\u00f3n, por lo que se debieron realizar reformas en la Red de Distribuci\u00f3n y de Trasmisi\u00f3n. El otro es un parque de 50 MW nominales conectado a una l\u00ednea de alta tensi\u00f3n (150kV).<\/p>\n Ambos parques tienen el mismo tipo de tecnolog\u00eda. Son paneles fotovoltaicos con seguimiento en un eje, que les permite a trav\u00e9s de un sistema rotativo seguir al sol durante el d\u00eda optimizando la generaci\u00f3n, aunque agregan complejidad a los sistemas de control.<\/p>\n \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 invertir en energ\u00eda solar?<\/strong><\/p>\n Porque los paneles fotovoltaicos tienen un costo de instalaci\u00f3n relativamente bajo (MW\/USD) en comparaci\u00f3n con otras fuentes renovables, son totalmente escalables y puede instalarse inclusive en ambientes urbanos.<\/p>\n Adem\u00e1s, y al tratarse de equipos que se conectan de forma electr\u00f3nica, son m\u00e1s controlables que otras fuentes. Esto brinda mayor capacidad de an\u00e1lisis, y por lo tanto permite reducir los errores operativos.<\/p>\n Desde el punto de vista anal\u00edtico, otra de las ventajas es que la fuente solar es algo completamente predecible, lo cual hace que el negocio sea m\u00e1s controlable.<\/p>\n A partir de la experiencia de Ventus como proyectistas y supervisores de proyectos solares, \u00bfqu\u00e9 diferencial puede aportar la empresa a los clientes?<\/strong><\/p>\n Evidentemente nuestro conocimiento de todas las etapas de un proyecto de Energ\u00eda Renovable, aporta un diferencial muy valorado entre los clientes en cualquier lugar del continente.<\/p>\n De todas maneras, destaco la importante experiencia que tiene Ventus en lo que refiere al conocimiento de redes el\u00e9ctricas de los pa\u00edses donde opera, as\u00ed como las instalaciones el\u00e9ctricas en este tipo de proyectos.<\/p>\n [\/tp]<\/p>\n [tp lang=\u00bben\u00bb not_in=\u00bbes\u00bb]<\/p>\n What is your role in Ventus?<\/strong><\/p>\n I joined Ventus in 2014, after a very valuable experience setting up of a large thermo-solar plant in the UAE.<\/p>\n In Ventus, I started as a supervisor of electromechanical works in several Wind Farms in Uruguay in the area of Distribution Engineering. Here I worked in the gestation stages of projects all the way until the parks became operative. Later, I moved to the Transmission Engineering area, where I focused on the advisory portion of large solar projects.<\/p>\n All these stages have allowed me to have a more comprehensive vision of the business.<\/p>\n At present, what services can Ventus offer to Solar Parks?<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0As far as engineering is concerned, we cover all aspects of the project; from civil to road, or structures for solar parks, internal electrical engineering, as well as interconnection in medium and high voltage networks.<\/p>\n From Ventus we aim to provide customers tailor made solutions that fit the needs of their business, so that, in the case of large consumers, they can optimize their energy consumption from renewable sources according to their demand.<\/p>\n At present, we are working on the advisory for the interconnection to the electricity grid of two Solar Parks. One of them is of medium size, of nominal 16 MW, and it is connected in medium voltage (31.5kV) in the Distribution Network, reason why reforms had to be made in the Distribution and Transmission Network. The other is a 50 MW rated power plant connected to a high voltage line (150 kV).<\/p>\n Both parks have the same type of technology. They are photovoltaic panels with tracking in an axis that allows them, through a rotating system, to follow the sun during the day; hence optimizing the generation. However, this type of installation adds complexity to the control systems.<\/p>\n Why invest in solar energy? <\/strong><\/p>\n Because photovoltaic panels have a relatively low installation cost (MW \/ USD) compared to other renewable sources; they are fully scalable and can be installed even in urban environments.<\/p>\n In addition, since they are electronically connected, they are more controllable than other sources.
