De esta forma Ventus utiliza para la operaci\u00f3n de los parques un Centro de Control que est\u00e1 situado en territorio nacional<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por medio del CMC no solo podemos observar el estado de turbinas, alarmas, paradas, velocidad de tiempo o producci\u00f3n, sino adem\u00e1s par\u00e1metros y valores de las subestaciones, en procura de verificar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de los respectivos Convenios con UTE, de Conexi\u00f3n o Uso, seg\u00fan corresponda, para lo cual cuenta con el apoyo del Departamento de Ingenieria El\u00e9ctrica y sus T\u00e9cnicos Categor\u00eda A. Adem\u00e1s, operamos con el software de los proveedores de los Aerogeneradores, que permite captar irregularidades que se encuentren en los parques.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa posibilidad de operar con un sistema independiente con tecnolog\u00eda de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como poder analizarlo paralelamente a trav\u00e9s de nuestro equipo de profesionales con un importante foco anal\u00edtico, nos brinda un importante diferencial en el mercado y nos permite mejorar la operaci\u00f3n de las Centrales, aumentando la producci\u00f3n y protegiendo los activos de nuestros clientes\u201d, coment\u00f3 Diego Wins Gerente de O&amp;M.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El CMC opera de forma continua, y es atendido por nuestros t\u00e9cnicos, de forma permanente, que cuentan con importante experiencia trabajando para importantes tecn\u00f3logos a nivel mundial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este centro nos permite estudiar los datos del SCADA, y as\u00ed analizar desviaciones, para poder establecer tendencias y predecir el \u201ccomportamiento\u201d de los Aerogeneradores y de la Central Generadora, lo cual contribuye a una prestaci\u00f3n de servicios que generan valor para nuestros clientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Otros Servicios del Departamento de O&amp;M<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde el departamento de O&amp;M ofrecemos servicios de inspecci\u00f3n, control y supervisi\u00f3n. A la fecha hemos participado en m\u00e1s de quince de los actuales parques en operaci\u00f3n, los cuales totalizan m\u00e1s de 850MW considerando los actualmente operados por Ventus. Estos parques operan con diferentes modelos de aerogeneradores, entre los cuales se destacan Vestas (V100, V110, V112, V126), Gamesa (G90, G97 y G114) y Nordex (N117).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Realizamos inspecciones de aspas desde suelo y a trav\u00e9s de drones, utilizando equipos con tecnolog\u00eda de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n que permiten alcanzar un alto nivel de detalle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Llevamos a cabo chequeos internos de componentes de seguridad, apriete de pernos, termograf\u00edas, p\u00e9rdidas hidr\u00e1ulicas y an\u00e1lisis de fallas de los aerogeneradores. Tambi\u00e9n contamos con t\u00e9cnicos entrenados en realizaci\u00f3n de Boroscopias con equipo propio, este servicio permite visualizar el estado de rodamientos y engranajes de caja multiplicadora, para poder conocer fallas prematuras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Todos estos servicios son claves a la hora de realizar inspecciones de <em>final de garant\u00eda<\/em> de los aerogeneradores, y as\u00ed poder realizar reclamos pertinentes a los fabricantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recientemente hemos firmado una novedosa alianza estrat\u00e9gica con SKF, empresa sueca l\u00edder mundial en soluciones industriales, a trav\u00e9s de la cual ofreceremos en forma conjunta servicios de O&amp;M volcando al mercado de Am\u00e9rica Latina toda la experiencia y Know-How de ambas empresas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde el a\u00f1o 2014 contamos con experiencia en la instalaci\u00f3n de sistemas CMS. En la actualidad, estamos en proceso de instalar el primer sistema CMS de SKF en Uruguay, y esperamos poder instalar muchos m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde el departamento de O&amp;M, y en conjunto con el de Recurso E\u00f3lico, hemos colaborado y participado en los procesos de Calibraci\u00f3n de Emplazamientos y Certificaci\u00f3n de Curvas de Potencia, para importantes empresas del rubro, tales como DNV-GL y Barlovento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para ello disponemos de dos modelos diferentes de sensores remotos tipo Lidar: el WindIris y WindCube V2. Este \u00faltimo contemplado dentro de la recientemente publicada versi\u00f3n de la IEC-61400-12-1:2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la actualidad realizamos revisiones de Contratos de O&amp;M en Am\u00e9rica Latina, con tecn\u00f3logos como Vestas, Gamesa, Nordex-Acciona, GE, Goldwind, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Departamento de O&amp;M es un departamento que se ha especializado en adaptarse a las necesidades y requerimientos de los clientes, de forma eficaz y eficiente, y esperamos continuar en esa l\u00ednea.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"#_ftnref1\" name=\"_ftn1\">[1]<\/a> Decreto 403\/2009 &#8211; Celebraci\u00f3n de contratos de compraventa para la producci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica de fuente e\u00f3lica<\/p>\n<p>[\/tp]<\/p>\n<p>[tp lang=\u00bben\u00bb not_in=\u00bbes\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Since the start of 2017, Ventus&#8217; Operation and Maintenance (O&amp;M) department has a new Monitoring and Control Center (CMC) for Wind and Solar Parks.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The CMC allows to operate and monitor in real time the performance of the generating plants through the Breeze system, independent SCADA with which Ventus performs the monitoring of the parks of its clients. The Control Center that is located in national territory.<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Through the CMC we can observe the status of turbines, alarms, shutdowns, and speed of production; it also allows us to review parameters and values of the substations, in order to verify the fulfillment of the requirements of the respective Agreements of Connection Or Use with UTE. The CMC has the support of the Department of Electrical Engineering and its Category A Technicians. In addition, we operate with the software of the suppliers of the Wind Turbines, that allows to identify any irregularities in the parks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abThe possibility of operating with an independent system with state-of-the-art technology, combined with the support provided by our team of professionals with an fine analytical capabilities, provides us with an important differential in the market and allows us to improve the operation of the Power Plants, increase production, and protect the assets of our customers, \u00absaid Diego Wins O&amp;M Manager.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The CMC operates continuously, and is attended by our technicians on a permanent basis, who have significant experience working for paramount technologists worldwide.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This center allows us to study the data of the SCADA, and thus analyze deviations, in order to establish trends and predict the \u00abbehavior\u00bb of the Wind Turbines and Generator, contributing to a service delivery that generates value to our customers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Other O&amp;M Department Services<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">From the O&amp;M department we offer inspection, control, and supervision services. To date we have participated in more than 15 of the current operating parks, which total more than 850MW considering those currently operated by Ventus. These parks operate with different models of wind turbines, among which are Vestas (V100, V110, V112, V126), Gamesa (G90, G97 and G114) and Nordex (N117).\u00a0We conduct inspections of blades from the ground and through drones, using equipment with latest technology that grants a high level of detail.\u00a0We carry out internal checks of safety components, bolt tightening, thermographs, and hydraulic losses. We also have technicians trained in making boroscopies with their own equipment, this service allows to visualize the state of bearings and gears of multiplier boxes, and identify any premature failures.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All these services are key when conducting end-of-warranty inspections of the wind turbines, and thus to make relevant claims to manufacturers.\u00a0We have recently signed a new strategic alliance with SKF, a Swedish company that is the world leader in industrial solutions, through which we will jointly offer O&amp;M services, bringing the experience and know-how of both companies to the Latin American market.\u00a0Since the year 2014 we are installing CMS systems. At present, we are in the process of installing the first SKF CMS system in Uruguay, and we hope to install many more.\u00a0From the O&amp;M department, and in conjunction with the Wind Resource department, we have collaborated and participated in the Site Calibration and Power Curve Certification processes for important companies such as DNV-GL and Barlovento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To achieve these standards, we have two different models of remote sensing Lidar type: the WindIris and WindCube V2.
