Ra\u00fal Bernal is Spanish and has over 10 years of international experience in Renewable Energies. He has been Director of Operations, Construction, and Exploitation of Bow Power in Uruguay for four years. Bernal tells us about his experience working with Ventus in wind farms across Uruguay.<\/em><\/p>\n [\/tp]<\/p>\n \u00bfCu\u00e1les son los proyectos que han desarrollado en Uruguay?<\/strong><\/p>\n En la actualidad hemos llevado a cabo los Parque E\u00f3licos de Kiy\u00fa de 49 MW y Vientos de Pastorale de 52 MW. Al d\u00eda de hoy Kiy\u00fa est\u00e1 terminado y est\u00e1 a la espera de su habilitaci\u00f3n, en periodo de pruebas. En el caso de Vientos de Pastorale, se encuentra en la fase de commissioning.<\/p>\n En ambos casos la colaboraci\u00f3n de Ventus ha sido clave. El aspecto clave del servicio brindado por la empresa ha sido la flexibilidad y la predisposici\u00f3n para adaptarse a las necesidades del Cliente, que muchas veces no son tan acotadas como se planifican en una primera instancia.<\/p>\n \u00bfCu\u00e1les son los servicios brindados por Ventus en estos parques?<\/strong><\/p>\n Entre los servicios brindados por la empresa podemos enumerar: supervisi\u00f3n de obra y conexi\u00f3n a la red, gesti\u00f3n documental, revisi\u00f3n de ingenier\u00eda, as\u00ed como apoyo en las gestiones con UTE.<\/p>\n M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de esto, los dos pilares claves para el desarrollo de los proyectos han sido: la gesti\u00f3n documental y la supervisi\u00f3n de obra. El nivel de conocimiento del funcionamiento de los organismos p\u00fablicos por parte de la empresa ha sido gravitante, as\u00ed como la confianza generada a trav\u00e9s del trabajo. Esto ha sido clave.<\/p>\n Han sido nuestros ojos en los sitios, y han tomado los proyectos como propios, colaborando en todos los aspectos, participando y acompa\u00f1ando en todos los procesos a Bow Power.<\/p>\n Considerando tu experiencia en otros mercados a nivel global, \u00bfc\u00f3mo has percibido los servicios entregados por Ventus en relaci\u00f3n a otros mercados?<\/strong><\/p>\n El gran diferencial en favor de Ventus es la globalidad que abarca desde ingenier\u00eda, supervisi\u00f3n de obra de Wind & Site, hasta mantenimiento de aerogeneradores. Esto les permite dar soluciones m\u00e1s globales. To this day Kiyu was completed and is waiting for its qualification during its testing period. In the case of Vientos de Pastorale, it is in the commissioning phase.<\/p>\n In both cases, the collaboration with Ventus has been key. The key aspect of the service provided by the company has been the flexibility and the predisposition to adapt to the client’s needs, which are often not as narrow as planned in the first instance.<\/p>\n What are the services provided by Ventus in these parks?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Among the services provided by the company we can list: supervision of work and connection to the network, document management, engineering review, as well as support in negotiations with UTE.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Beyond this, the two strong pillars for the development of the projects have been: document management, and supervision of work. The level of knowledge of Ventus of the operations of public entities has been gravitating, as well as the confidence generated through its work.<\/p>\n This has been key.\u00a0Ventus have been our eyes on the sites, and has taken the projects as its own, collaborating in all aspects, participating, and accompanying in all the processes of Bow Power.<\/p>\n Considering your experience in other global markets, how did you perceive the services delivered by Ventus?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n The significant difference in favor of Ventus is its globality, which ranges from engineering, supervision of work of Wind & Site, to maintenance of wind turbines.
