Breeze forma parte integral de nuestro Centro de Monitoreo, desde el cual supervisamos de forma continua m\u00e1s de 75MW distribuidos en 8 parques e\u00f3licos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[\/tp]<\/p>\n<p>[tp lang=\u00bben\u00bb not_in=\u00bbes\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ventus has chosen the Breeze wind farm monitoring system. El sistema conecta directamente al SCADA del fabricante y nos permite acceder a toda la informaci\u00f3n que genera cada aerogenerador en cada parque simult\u00e1neamente y en tiempo real, independientemente del proveedor o marca de la turbina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Del mismo modo, Ventus utiliza Breeze en un proyecto de Investigaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo que realiza junto con la Universidad de La Rep\u00fablica y el cual es financiado por la Agencia Nacional de Investigaci\u00f3n e Innovaci\u00f3n de Uruguay. El objetivo es desarrollar una metodolog\u00eda simple y eficiente para detecci\u00f3n y predicci\u00f3n de fallas y an\u00e1lisis del rendimiento de los aerogeneradores, independientemente de su fabricante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A su vez Breeze est\u00e1 desarrollando un sistema de detecci\u00f3n de fallas basado en Redes Neuronales (ANN), el cual consiste en el aprendizaje del comportamiento de cada turbina mediante el an\u00e1lisis de datos durante un periodo de entrenamiento, posibilitando a partir de ello la detecci\u00f3n de comportamientos an\u00f3malos de las turbinas, los cuales podr\u00edan estar asociados a una posterior falla.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEste sistema nos permite verificar r\u00e1pidamente la informaci\u00f3n recibida por los fabricantes de aerogeneradores con los que tenemos contratos de mantenimiento, as\u00ed como desarrollar un an\u00e1lisis independiente de cada equipo que nos posibilite cruzar informaci\u00f3n en tiempo real del rendimiento de los parques y as\u00ed poder corregir eventuales desv\u00edos\u201d, coment\u00f3 Diego Wins, Gerente de Operaci\u00f3n &amp; Mantenimiento de Ventus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abEstamos muy felices de trabajar con Ventus en los \u00faltimos dos a\u00f1os. The system is directly connected to the SCADA of the manufacturer and allows us to quickly access all the data generated by each wind turbine in real time. The system is compatible with the different wind turbines types and manufacturers and it allows us to centralize all the valuable information in one single platform.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ventus also uses Breeze as a tool for Research and Development in a project carried out together with Uruguay\u00b4s Public University and funded by the National Research and Innovation Agency of Uruguay. The objective being the development of a simple and efficient methodology for detection and prediction of faults and analysis of the performance of wind turbines.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Additionally, Breeze is developing an Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) method for predictive maintenance, which consists of learning the normal operating conditions of the wind turbine, allowing faults in components to be detected well in advance, thus avoiding expensive failures by planning appropriate maintenance. Ventus is beginning to use the Breeze ANN and will collaborate on the further development of this innovative tool.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abBreeze allows us to immediately verify the data received from the wind turbines with which we have maintenance contracts, as well as allowing us to independently analyze each turbine and wind farm. By working in real time, this enables us to acknowledge the performance of the wind farm and correct faults and deviations\u00bb said Diego Wins, Operation &amp; Maintenance Manager at Ventus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abWe have been very happy working together with Ventus for the past two years.
