A su vez, contamos con un importante equipo de ingenier\u00eda local con soporte de tres grandes departamentos de ingenier\u00eda con vasta experiencia, formado por m\u00e1s de 20 personas en su totalidad.<\/p>\n \n \u00bfC\u00f3mo ha sido este primer a\u00f1o en Argentina?<\/strong> Creo que haber podido ingresar al mercado argentino trabajando junto a dos de los jugadores m\u00e1s importantes, como Central Puerto y Pampa Energ\u00eda, ha sido muy importante como punto de partida.<\/p>\n \nAfortunadamente, hemos podido responder a estos clientes y a otros, con gran suceso producto del gran trabajo en equipo de profesionales muy preparados, con la particular habilidad de adaptar su trabajo a las necesidades puntuales de los clientes.<\/p>\n Parte del \u00e9xito de este primer a\u00f1o reside en el buen acople entre la experiencia de nuestros profesionales, y nuestra importante presencia local para poder interactuar de forma permanente con los diferentes entes y autoridades locales.<\/p>\n \n \u00bfCu\u00e1les son los desaf\u00edos m\u00e1s importantes para los a\u00f1os que vienen?<\/strong> Sin embargo, estoy seguro que el salto m\u00e1s importante para Ventus lo veremos en el a\u00f1o 2018, cuando comencemos a generar nuestros propios proyectos EPC\u00b4s para privados, rubro de experiencia de Ventus. In response, we have an experienced local engineering team with support from three large engineering departments, made up of more than 20 people as a whole.<\/p>\n \n How has this first year been in Argentina?<\/strong> A little more than a year ago, the Buenos Aires office was composed of 4 people. Today we have more than 30 people, and surely, this number will continue to grow.<\/p>\n I think that having been able to enter the Argentine market joined with two of the most important players, Central Puerto and Pampa Energ\u00eda, has been very important as a starting point.<\/p>\n Fortunately, we have been able to respond to these clients and others with great success.<\/p>\n Part of the success of this first year lies in the good fit between the vast experience of our professionals, and our strong local presence, allowing us to interact permanently with the different entities and local authorities.<\/p>\n \n What are the most important challenges for the coming years?<\/strong> However, I am sure that the most important leap for Ventus will be seen in 2018, when we start to generate our own EPC projects for private ventures. En el a\u00f1o 2011, pas\u00e9 a trabajar en obras de parques e\u00f3licos de m\u00e1s de 124 MW en el sur de Brasil con la empresa IMPSA. En 2013 retorn\u00e9 a Central Puerto al \u00e1rea de Mantenimiento. Ese mismo a\u00f1o me titul\u00e9 en Ingenier\u00eda El\u00e9ctrica.
\nEl a\u00f1o pasado, cuando me enter\u00e9 que Ventus buscaba gente para iniciar sus operaciones en Argentina, no me lo pens\u00e9 mucho y decid\u00ed sumarme.<\/p>\n
\nMe incorpor\u00e9 a Ventus en septiembre de 2016, inicialmente en el \u00e1rea comercial, pero al poco tiempo, debido a las crecientes necesidades de los clientes y a partir de una inclinaci\u00f3n profesional, me volqu\u00e9 m\u00e1s hacia el \u00e1rea t\u00e9cnica. Hoy me desempe\u00f1o como Gerente de Ingenier\u00eda en Argentina.<\/p>\n
\nFue un a\u00f1o con un crecimiento fuera de lo com\u00fan. Hace poco m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o la oficina de Buenos Aires estaba compuesta por 4 personas. Hoy contamos con m\u00e1s de 30 personas, y con seguridad, este n\u00famero continuar\u00e1 creciendo.<\/p>\n
\nCreo que 2017 es un a\u00f1o clave para materializar las buenas alianzas generadas durante 2016. Este a\u00f1o con seguridad ejecutaremos las ingenier\u00edas y supervisiones de obra de los proyectos en los que participamos en Renovar 1 y 1.5.<\/p>\n

\nHow did you get to Ventus?<\/strong>
\nI am a Mechanical Engineer since 2009. Coincidentally, that same year I started working in Central Puerto in the maintenance area. In 2011, I went to work for IMPSA on wind farm projects of more than 124 MW in the south of Brazil. In 2013, I returned to Central Puerto to the Maintenance area. That same year I graduated in Electrical Engineering.<\/p>\n
\nI joined Ventus in September 2016, initially in the commercial area, but soon, due to the growing needs of clients and to my professional inclination, I turned more towards the technical area. Today I work as Engineering Manager in Argentina.<\/p>\n
\nIt was a year of outstanding growth.<\/p>\n
\nI believe that 2017 is a key year to materialize the good alliances generated during 2016. This year we will surely expand on the engineering and supervision of the projects in which we participated in RenovAR\u00a01 and 1.5.<\/p>\n
