\nEl gobierno argentino ha impulsado una ley de promoci\u00f3n de las energ\u00edas renovables, en la que se establece beneficios tales como: la libre importaci\u00f3n para proyectos presentados hasta el 31\/12\/2017, la devoluci\u00f3n del IVA de compras o la amortizaci\u00f3n acelerada, entre otros.<\/p>\n

A diferencia de otros pa\u00edses del mundo en los cuales se han instaurado beneficios mediante leyes similares, en Argentina se han establecido adem\u00e1s punitorios para los Grandes Usuarios que no cumplan con los m\u00ednimos exigidos por la ley.<\/p>\n

Para los Grandes Usuarios que no tomen acciones al respecto pagar\u00e1n hasta el 20% del consumo de energ\u00eda a un precio del orden del doble del precio de la energ\u00eda de la red.
\nAquellos Grandes Usuarios que elijan comprar la energ\u00eda renovable a Camesa, lo har\u00e1n a un precio sustancialmente mayor que las opciones disponibles en el mercado, y sin la seguridad del suministro por parte de Camesa, ya que la ley la habilita a dejar de proveer energ\u00eda renovable seg\u00fan su conveniencia.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s de cumplir con la ley, aprovechando beneficios y evitando punitorios, en la medida que la misma autorice a consumir un porcentaje superior al exigido, las empresas podr\u00e1n encontrar en la energ\u00eda renovable una opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s econ\u00f3mica y con seguridad de precio y suministro por hasta 20 a\u00f1os, as\u00ed como alcanzar un mejor posicionamiento de mercado en referencia a temas medioambientales.<\/p>\n

Desde Ventus desarrollamos, construimos en modalidad EPC, operamos y mantenemos parque e\u00f3licos y solares en Latinoam\u00e9rica. Actualmente en Argentina estamos desarrollando proyectos y asesorando a grandes empresas gananciosas en las licitaciones Renovar.<\/p>\n

Paralelamente estamos ofreciendo a los Grandes Usuarios, ante la pr\u00f3xima reglamentaci\u00f3n final de la Ley 27191 en la que se estipula que aquellas empresas que superen los 300 kW de potencia instalada deben incorporar renovables en un porcentaje de su consumo, distintas opciones para regularizarse.<\/p>\n

Ventus ofrece todas las opciones disponibles en el Mercado: desde participar en un parque E\u00f3lico en forma total o parcial, comprar un contrato de energ\u00eda de largo plazo tipo PPA desde 1.000 MWh por a\u00f1o (que representan hasta un 20% del consumo total), o un proyecto e\u00f3lico o solar de autoconsumo en predio propio.
\nDe este modo nos ajustamos a las necesidades de cada uno de los Grandes Usuarios (Mayores, Menores, Gupas y Gudis). <\/strong><\/p>\n

Estamos recibiendo consultas y visitando a Grandes Usuarios en Argentina, para analizar las opciones \u00f3ptimas para cada uno de ellos, seg\u00fan sus consumos y estrategias de inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

\nThe Argentine Government has sponsored a bill to promote renewable energies that grants certain benefits, such as free imports for project with proposals filed by December 31st, 2017; VAT refunds on goods bought and accelerated amortization, among others.<\/p>\n

Unlike other countries with benefits and similar laws, Argentina has imposed penalties to Large Users that do not comply with the minimum legal requirements.<\/p>\n

Therefore, those Large Users that do not take proper actions will pay up to 20% of their energy consumption at a price that almost doubles electricity network price.Large users that decide to purchase renewable energy from Cammesa will pay a significantly higher price than market price and will be subject to Cammesa\u2019s decision to stop providing electricity since it is legally entitled to interrupt the supply of renewable energy at its own criterion.<\/p>\n

Companies will not only be complying with the law, but will also take advantage of the benefits and avoid penalties and -as long as the law authorizes a percentage of consumption higher than the required one- they will also be able to find a more cost effective solution in the consumption of renewable energy and a steady price and supply for up to 20 years. Additionally, companies will be able to improve their market positions in environmental matters.<\/p>\n

At Ventus, we develop, build, operate and maintain wind and solar farms throughout Latin America under the EPC modality. At present, we are developing projects for and providing consulting services to large Argentinean companies that have been successful bidders in the Call for Proposals of the RenovAr Program.<\/p>\n

At the same time, and in line with the coming promulgation of Law 27191 that states that companies with more than 300 kW of installed power must have a certain percentage of renewable energies in their consumption, we provide large users with different solutions to comply with these new requirements.<\/p>\n

Ventus offers all options available in the market: (i) total or partial participation in a wind farm, (ii) execution of a long-term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) starting from 1,000 MWh per year (standing for up to 20% of total consumption) or (iii) construction of a wind or solar farm for self-consumption on owned lands.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our solutions are aimed at and can be tailored to the requirements of each type of Large Users: (i) Large Users with a power consumption equal or over 1 MW, (ii) Large Users with a power consumption equal or over 30 kW but under 2,000 kW, (iii) Private Large Users with a power consumption equal or over 30 kW but under 100 KW and (iv) Large Users with a demanded or declared power consumption over 300 kW.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We have received many inquiries and also visited many Argentinean large users in order to analyze the most beneficial solution based on each one\u2019s consumption and investment strategy.<\/p>\n
