\nVentus promueve las energ\u00edas renovables en Am\u00e9rica Latina<\/strong><\/p>\n

El pasado 10, 11 y 12 de Noviembre, tuvo lugar en la ciudad de Cochabamba en Bolivia, el Curso Internacional de Capacitaci\u00f3n \u201cIncorporaci\u00f3n de ERNC en Sistemas El\u00e9ctricos\u201d, organizado por Ventus, l\u00edder en energ\u00edas renovables en Am\u00e9rica Latina y la empresa boliviana de generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda fotovoltaica SIE S.A.<\/em> <\/p>\n

La actividad cont\u00f3 con la presencia de cerca de un centenar de profesionales de instituciones y entidades gubernamentales relacionadas al rubro de la generaci\u00f3n, distribuci\u00f3n y comercializaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda, en el \u00e1mbito de la ingenier\u00eda, as\u00ed como el legal, ambiental, econ\u00f3mico y administrativo.<\/p>\n

La jornada del jueves 10 de noviembre comenz\u00f3 con el acto de inauguraci\u00f3n del curso, introduciendo a los organizadores: Ventus y SIE S.A., y tambi\u00e9n a los auspiciantes ENDE Corani y Dr. Gomez, quien hizo una breve presentaci\u00f3n acerca de la \u201cGesti\u00f3n Integral de Riesgos Sociales\u201d.<\/p>\n

El Gerente de la empresa SIE S. A., Ing. Ivailo Pe\u00f1a, abri\u00f3 la primera jornada de ponencias realizando una presentaci\u00f3n acerca de la \u201cGeneraci\u00f3n Distribuida\u201d en sistemas fotovoltaicos conectados a la red. En la tarde el Ing. Oscar Ferre\u00f1o, Director Gerente de Ventus, dio un curso b\u00e1sico sobre la \u201cGeneraci\u00f3n E\u00f3lica\u201d.<\/p>\n

El viernes 11 de noviembre en la ma\u00f1ana se desarroll\u00f3 la presentaci\u00f3n del Ing. Javier Torrico, Especialista invitado de Bolivia, con el tema de \u201cLa Ingenier\u00eda Civil en las ERNC\u201d. En la tarde el Ing. Miguel Delgado de Corani present\u00f3 la experiencia del parque e\u00f3lico de Qollpana, mientras que el Ing. Ferre\u00f1o de Ventus expuso sobre los \u201challazgos encontrados con la experiencia in\u00e9dita de alta penetraci\u00f3n e\u00f3lica del Uruguay, y la ca\u00edda de algunos mitos\u201d.<\/p>\n

El s\u00e1bado 12 de noviembre el Dr. Alejandro Rey, especialista en derecho, invitado por Ventus, brind\u00f3 ense\u00f1anzas acerca de \u201cProyectos de Energ\u00edas Renovables en el Uruguay y Aspectos a tener en cuenta para su desarrollo en Bolivia\u201d.<\/p>\n

En la tarde se desarroll\u00f3 la presentaci\u00f3n del Ing. Andr\u00e9s Tozzo, Jefe del Despacho Nacional de Cargas del Uruguay, acerca de las \u201cCondiciones para la Incorporaci\u00f3n Segura de Gran Cantidad de ERNC en un Sistema El\u00e9ctrico\u201d.
\nEn la tarde el Ing. Jorge Mart\u00ednez Garreiro, invitado internacional de la empresa Ventus, desarroll\u00f3 el tema de las \u201cCuestiones socio-ambientales relacionadas con Proyectos de Energ\u00eda E\u00f3lica\u201d.<\/p>\n

Una vez finalizada la actividad, el Director Gerente de Ventus Ing. Oscar Ferre\u00f1o evalu\u00f3 las jornadas como \u201ctremendamente positivas. Este tipo de experiencias de intercambio con referentes del sector p\u00fablico y privado enriquecen mucho a ambos pa\u00edses. Particularmente en este caso, la experiencia de \u00e9xito de las energ\u00edas renovables en el Uruguay, derriba varios mitos sobre su implementaci\u00f3n en un pa\u00eds con tanto potencial como lo es Bolivia\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cCreo que hemos disipado todas las dudas y temores que pudiera haber sobre la introducci\u00f3n de energ\u00edas renovables. Desde Ventus estamos tenemos la convicci\u00f3n de que el futuro de Am\u00e9rica Latina estar\u00e1 en las energ\u00edas renovables. Estas ser\u00e1n un catalizador de la integraci\u00f3n regional, cuando se ubican distribuidas geogr\u00e1ficamente se comportan de manera firme\u201d, concluy\u00f3 el Ing. Oscar Ferre\u00f1o.

\nVentus promotes renewable energies in Latin America<\/strong><\/p>\n

Last November 10th, 11th and 12th, the International Training \u201cImplementation of ERNC (Non-conventional Sources of renewable energy) in Electrical Systems\u201d was held in the city of Cochabamba in Bolivia, organized by Ventus, renewable energies leader in Latin America and the Bolivian photovoltaic power generation company SIE S.A.<\/em> <\/p>\n

Nearly a hundred professionals attended the event, from institutions and governmental entities related to the power generation, distribution and commercialization business, in engineering as well as in the legal, environmental, economic and administrative fields.
\nOn November 10th the course opening took place, introducing the organizers: Ventus and SIE S.A. as well as sponsors ENDE Corani and Dr. Gomez, who did a brief presentation about \u201cSocial Integral Risk Management\u201d.<\/p>\n

The Manager of SIE S.A., Eng Ivailo Pe\u00f1a, opened the first day of conferences talking about \u201cDistributed Generation\u201d in photovoltaic systems connected to the grid. In the afternoon Eng. Oscar Ferre\u00f1o, General Manager at Ventus, taught a basic course on \u201cWind Power Generation\u201d.<\/p>\n

On Friday 11th in the morning Eng. Javier Torrico, a specialist from Bolivia gave a presentation on \u201cCivil Engineering in ERNC\u201d. In the afternoon Eng. Miguel Delgado de Corani presented the experience at Qollpana wind farm, while Eng. Ferre\u00f1o of Ventus exhibited the \u201cfindings of the unprecedented wind power experience with great penetration in Uruguay, debunking some myths\u201d.<\/p>\n

On Saturday 12th Dr. Alejandro Rey, specialist in law, invited by Ventus, gave a lecture about \u201cProjects of Renewable Energies in Uruguay and Aspects to take into account for its development in Bolivia\u201d. In the afternoon Eng. Andr\u00e9s Tozzo, Head of the National Cargo Bureau in Uruguay, gave his presentation on \u201cConditions on Safe Implementation of large amounts of ERNC into an Electrical System\u201d.<\/p>\n

In the afternoon Eng. Jorge Martinez Garreiro, international guest of Ventus, developed \u201cSocio-environmental issues related to Wind Power Projects\u201d.
\nAt the end of the event, Eng. Oscar Ferre\u00f1o, General Manager at Ventus, assessed the conferences highly. \u201cThis type of exchange experiences with public and private sector mentors is very enriching for both countries. Particularly in this case, the successful experience with renewables in Uruguay, debunks several myths about their implementation in countries with such potential, as it is the case in Bolivia.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI believe that we have cleared out all doubts and fears that could exist regarding the implementation of renewable energies. At Ventus we are convinced that Latin America\u2019s future relies on renewable energies. These will be an agent of change for the regional integration. When these are distributed geographically they behave in a strong way\u201d, Eng. Oscar Ferre\u00f1o concluded.
