\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo comenzaste a trabajar en Ventus Construcciones? \u00bfQu\u00e9 experiencia previa ten\u00e9s? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Comenc\u00e9 a trabajar en Ventus en 2020, incorpor\u00e1ndome para dar apoyo en el proyecto de la construcci\u00f3n de alcantarillas y pasos peatonales para la nueva v\u00eda f\u00e9rrea que conectar\u00e1 el puerto de Montevideo con la nueva planta de UPM en Paso de los Toros. A su vez estamos comenzando otra obra, uno de los pozos de bombeo de aguas servidas, en vinculaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n a la intervenci\u00f3n de la v\u00eda f\u00e9rrea.<\/p>\n

Anteriormente trabaj\u00e9 en empresas de ingenier\u00eda vinculadas al \u00e1rea de eficiencia energ\u00e9tica en industrias, y luego en una empresa del rubro de la construcci\u00f3n con materiales prefabricados (paneles aislantes) y suministro de elementos de log\u00edstica y frigor\u00edficos. Ambos trabajos estaban vinculados m\u00e1s que nada \u00e1mbito administrativo, por lo cual me entusiasma sumarme a Ventus realizando tambi\u00e9n trabajo de campo y adquirir m\u00e1s experiencia en obra.<\/p>\n

\u00bfC\u00f3mo se compone el equipo de Ventus Construcciones en obra? \u00bfQu\u00e9 impacto tendr\u00e1 el nuevo proyecto en el desarrollo del transporte del pa\u00eds?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Es uno de los proyectos m\u00e1s importantes para el desarrollo del transporte en el pa\u00eds actualmente, siendo una obra de gran envergadura y que tendr\u00e1 efectos importantes en la econom\u00eda del Uruguay. A su vez durante la construcci\u00f3n del proyecto se han generado much\u00edsimos puestos de trabajo a lo largo del pa\u00eds; y los equipos de trabajo, tanto de Ventus como de otros contratistas, cuentan con mucha gente joven y capacitada, que creo suma positivamente al proyecto.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 desaf\u00edos ha representado este tipo de construcci\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/p>\n

El mayor desaf\u00edo de este proyecto, a mi entender, es la log\u00edstica del mismo ya que la obra tiene una extensi\u00f3n muy amplia, con implantaci\u00f3n de la misma en entornos diversos. Es por esto que se consolidaron equipos de trabajos capacitados en cada frente, con una buena comunicaci\u00f3n constante para lograr una alineaci\u00f3n de trabajo general entre todos los equipos.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 diferencial crees que puede brindar Ventus Construcciones a sus clientes en el \u00e1rea de construcci\u00f3n civil?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Creo que el mayor diferencial de Ventus es el gran crecimiento que ha tenido, abarcando cada vez m\u00e1s proyectos en diversas \u00e1reas de la construcci\u00f3n, generando impacto en el rubro, abriendo las puertas y generando puestos de trabajo constantemente. Me parece que la empresa les brinda a sus clientes un acompa\u00f1amiento constante, contando con t\u00e9cnicos y profesionales muy capacitados, resolviendo cualquier obst\u00e1culo, siempre buscando avanzar y crecer junto con sus clientes.<\/p>\n

When did you start working at Ventus Construcciones? What previous experience do you have?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I started working at Ventus in 2020, joining to support the project for the construction of culverts and pedestrian crossings for the new railway that will connect the port of Montevideo with the new UPM pulp mill in Paso de los Toros. In parallel, we are beginning another work, one of the sewage pumping wells, also linked to the intervention of the railroad.<\/p>\n

Previously I worked in engineering companies linked to the energy efficiency area in industries, and later in a company in the construction sector with prefabricated materials (insulating panels) and supply of logistics and refrigeration elements. Both jobs were linked mainly to the administrative sphere, which is why I am excited to join Ventus also doing field work and gaining more experience on site.<\/p>\n

How is Ventus Construcciones on-site team composed? What impact will the new project have on the country’s transportation development?<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is one of the most important projects for the development of transportation in the country today, being a large-scale project that will have important effects on the economy of Uruguay. During the construction of the project, many jobs have been created throughout the country; and the work teams, both from Ventus and from other contractors, have many young and well-trained people, who I think add positively to the project.<\/p>\n

What challenges has this type of construction represented?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The biggest challenge of this project, in my opinion, is its logistics since the work has a very wide extension, with its implementation in different environments. This is why trained work teams were consolidated on each front, with good constant communication to achieve a general work alignment between all teams.<\/p>\n

What differential do you think Ventus Construcciones can provide to its clients in the civil construction area?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I believe that Ventus’ greatest differential is the great growth it has had, adding more and more projects in various areas of construction, generating an impact in the field, opening doors and generating jobs. It seems to me that the company offers its clients constant support, counting on highly trained technicians and professionals, solving any obstacle, always seeking to advance and grow together with its clients.<\/p>\n
