\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo comenzaste a trabajar en Ventus?<\/strong><\/p>\n Comenc\u00e9 a trabajar el a\u00f1o pasado, de la mano del crecimiento de la empresa en la adjudicaci\u00f3n de proyectos aqu\u00ed en Chile. Actualmente me desempe\u00f1o dentro como Supervisor El\u00e9ctrico para los parques fotovoltaicos Los Lagos (3MWp) y Las Cabras (3MWp), ubicados en la sexta regi\u00f3n, para nuestro cliente Trina Solar en Chile.<\/p>\n \u00bfQu\u00e9 experiencia previa ten\u00e9s? <\/strong><\/p>\n Cuento con tengo una experiencia precia en la construcci\u00f3n de parques fotovoltaicos, la miner\u00eda, sub estaciones el\u00e9ctricas, l\u00edneas de alta tensi\u00f3n y termoel\u00e9ctricas. El \u00e1rea donde me desenvuelvo con mayor nivel de especializaci\u00f3n es el \u00e1rea el\u00e9ctrica.<\/p>\n \u00bfQu\u00e9 desaf\u00edos ha representado la construcci\u00f3n del Proyectos en CHILE?<\/strong><\/p>\n Contamos con un equipo local capacitado y con mucha experiencia en este tipo de proyectos. Por ello, los desaf\u00edos a los que nos hemos enfrentado son los t\u00edpicos que imponen en etapas de construcci\u00f3n: la log\u00edstica de materiales de obra, el armado de grupos nuevos de trabajo de diversas procedencias socioculturales. Esto a la vez es muy enriquecedor, ya que permite conocer con mayor detenimiento las experiencias constructivas de otros pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n Otro de los desaf\u00edos importantes pas\u00f3 por construir en medio de una pandemia. En este sentido, hacemos un esfuerzo permanente por cuidarnos entre todos, y seguir las recomendaciones de las autoridades nacionales de Chile, as\u00ed como el equipo de QSE de la empresa.<\/p>\n \u00bfQu\u00e9 diferencial crees que puede brindar Ventus a los clientes en CHILE?<\/strong><\/p>\n Creo que si tuviera que marcar los elementos que nos diferencian dir\u00eda: la confianza y la calidad del trabajo. [\/tp]<\/p>\n [tp lang=\u00bben\u00bb not_in=\u00bbes\u00bb]<\/p>\n When did you start working at Ventus?<\/strong><\/p>\n I started working last year, due to the growth of the company here in Chile. I am currently working as an Electrical Supervisor for Los Lagos (3MWp) and Las Cabras (3MWp) solar farms located in the sixth region, for our client Trina Solar in Chile.<\/p>\n What previous experience do you have?<\/strong><\/p>\n I have a valuable experience in the construction of solar farms, mining, electrical substations, high voltage and thermoelectric lines. The are with the highest level of specialization I work in is the electrical area.<\/p>\n What are the challenges of the construction of projects in CHILE?<\/strong><\/p>\n We have a trained local team with a wide experience in this type of projects. For this reason, the challenges we have faced are the typical ones that come across in construction stages: the logistics of construction materials and the assembly of new work groups from different cultural origins. At the same time this experiences are very enriching, since they allow us knowing the constructive experiences of other countries in greater detail.<\/p>\n Another important challenge was building in the middle of a pandemic. In this sense, we make an ongoing effort to take care of each other, and we follow the recommendations of the Chilean national authorities, as well as the company’s QSE team.<\/p>\n What differential do you think Ventus can provide clients in CHILE?<\/strong><\/p>\n If I had to point out the elements that differentiate us, I would say: trust and quality of work.<\/p>\n We are a company that works in a transparent way to be able to generate trust with our clients and relatives.
