\n\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo comenzaste a trabajar en Ventus Construcciones? \u00bfQu\u00e9 experiencia previa ten\u00e9s?

\nComenc\u00e9 a trabajar en Ventus en el a\u00f1o 2015. En aquel entonces la empresa se hab\u00eda establecido como referente en la construcci\u00f3n de parques e\u00f3licos en Uruguay. En mi comienzo trabajaba como delineante de edificios y subestaciones.<\/p>\n
A medida que fue aumentando la experiencia en este rubro, comenzamos a ampliar el trabajo realizado en oficinas con la supervisi\u00f3n en las obras, lo cual ser\u00eda un insumo importante para poder brindar soluciones integrales y mejorar a\u00fan m\u00e1s la calidad del trabajo realizado.<\/p>\n
En 2017, la empresa comenz\u00f3 su proceso de internacionalizaci\u00f3n y en ese marco tuve la oportunidad de supervisar la construcci\u00f3n de un parque e\u00f3lico de 50 MW en la provincia de C\u00f3rdoba (Argentina), lo cual represent\u00f3 una oportunidad id\u00f3nea para ampliar el know how de la empresa y el m\u00edo propio.<\/p>\n
De regreso a Uruguay, en el a\u00f1o 2018 tuve la oportunidad de supervisar proyectos e\u00f3licos y solares lo cual represent\u00f3 un banco de prueba ideal para consolidarme como Jefe de Obra a partir del a\u00f1o 2019, cuando se cre\u00f3 Ventus Construcciones.<\/p>\n
\u00bfQu\u00e9 proyectos ha ejecutado la empresa?<\/strong><\/p>\n En lo que refiere a construcciones civiles, la empresa est\u00e1 ejecutando nueve proyectos de infraestructura civil en simult\u00e1neo que incluye: la construcci\u00f3n de 4 centros educativos en Cerro Largo y Rocha, ensanche de puentes en Mercedes, la construcci\u00f3n de alcantarillas para varios tramos del ferrocarril central, ejecuci\u00f3n de hormig\u00f3n armado para Cooling Towers Mill Water Storage para nueva planta de celulosa, construcci\u00f3n de naves industriales para fines log\u00edsticos y de distribuci\u00f3n,\u00a0 y otras menores como estacionamientos y galpones en Uruguay.<\/p>\n Recientemente, el equipo de Ventus Construcciones ha sido adjudicado con Ingenier\u00eda de detalle y Construcci\u00f3n de fosa para l\u00ednea de prensas Schuler en Planta de una prestigiosa marca de autos en Argentina, lo cual demuestra la capacidad constructiva de nuestra empresa.<\/p>\n \u00bfQu\u00e9 desaf\u00edos ha representado este tipo de construcciones?<\/strong><\/p>\n Particularmente para m\u00ed, el desaf\u00edo pas\u00f3 por pasar de supervisar proyectos a tener que ejecutar directamente los mismos. M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de esto, la sinergia natural que trae la empresa de haber construido m\u00e1s de 50 proyectos renovables hizo m\u00e1s sencilla la inserci\u00f3n de Ventus Construcciones en la ejecuci\u00f3n de proyectos civiles en Uruguay (y ahora en Argentina).<\/p>\n \u00bfQu\u00e9 diferencial crees que puede brindar Ventus Construcciones a sus clientes en el \u00e1rea de construcci\u00f3n civil?<\/strong><\/p>\n Creo que el diferencial m\u00e1s grande de Ventus Construcciones es la versatilidad de nuestros profesionales, que poseen conocimiento suficiente para dar soporte en todas las etapas\u00a0 que existen dentro de un proyecto. Esto permite anticiparse a potenciales problemas en las obras, y as\u00ed asegurar mejores resultados a nuestros clientes.<\/p>\n [\/tp]<\/p>\n [tp lang=\u00bben\u00bb not_in=\u00bbes\u00bb] When did you start working at Ventus Construcciones? What previous experience do you have?<\/strong><\/p>\n I started working at Ventus in 2015. At that time the company had established itself as a benchmark in the construction of wind farms in Uruguay. In my beginning I worked as a draftsman of buildings and substations.<\/p>\n As experience in this area increased, we began to expand the work carried out in offices with supervision in the field, which would be an important input in order to provide comprehensive solutions and improve the quality of the work performed.<\/p>\n In 2017, the company began its internationalization process and within this framework I had the opportunity to supervise the construction of a 50 MW wind farm in the province of C\u00f3rdoba (Argentina), which represented an ideal opportunity to expand the know-how of the company and my own.<\/p>\n Back in Uruguay, in 2018 I had the opportunity to supervise wind and solar projects, which represented an ideal test bench to consolidate myself as a Project Manager as of 2019, when Ventus Construcciones was created.<\/p>\n What projects has the company executed?<\/strong><\/p>\n Regarding civil constructions, the company is executing nine civil infrastructure projects simultaneously that include: the construction of 4 educational centers in Cerro Largo and Rocha, widening of bridges in Mercedes, the construction of culverts for various sections of the central railway , execution of reinforced concrete for Cooling Towers Mill Water Storage for a new pulp mill, and other minor ones such as parking lots and sheds in Uruguay.<\/p>\n Recently, the Ventus Construcciones team has been awarded with Detail Engineering and Pit Construction for a Schuler press line in Plant of a prestigious car brand in Argentina, which demonstrates the constructive capacity of our company.<\/p>\n What challenges has this type of construction represented?<\/strong><\/p>\n Particularly for me, the challenge went from supervising projects to having to execute them directly. Beyond this, the natural synergy that the company brings from having built more than 50 renewable projects made it easier to insert Ventus Construcciones in the execution of civil projects in Uruguay (and now in Argentina).<\/p>\n What differential do you think Ventus Construcciones can provide to its clients in the civil construction area?<\/strong><\/p>\n I believe that the greatest differential of our company is the versatility of professionals to know as thoroughly as possible the different roles that exist within a project.
