\n\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo comenzaste a trabajar en Ventus? \u00bfQu\u00e9 experiencia previa ten\u00e9s? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Ingres\u00e9 a trabajar en Ventus en medio de esta pandemia para trabajar en proyectos que construye la empresa en Chile. Respecto a las experiencias anteriores, estuve fundamentalmente ligado al sector de producci\u00f3n y direcci\u00f3n de obra en proyecto minero y parques e\u00f3licos que se desarrollaron en la Patagonia Argentina. Tambi\u00e9n particip\u00e9 de la revisi\u00f3n y elaboraci\u00f3n de ingenier\u00eda civil, en proyectos de energ\u00eda renovable y estructuras de edificios de diferentes tipolog\u00edas.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 proyectos est\u00e1s liderando? \u00bfCu\u00e1les son las tareas m\u00e1s importantes que se est\u00e1n llevando a cabo?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Actualmente, en conjunto con un equipo de j\u00f3venes profesionales, completamente decididos y enfocados en cumplir los objetivos, me encuentro trabajando en el Parque Solar Las Cabras y en el Parque Solar Los Lagos, en la regi\u00f3n de O’Higgins, en Chile que la empresa est\u00e1 construyendo en modalidad EPC. Ambos proyectos se encuentran en la etapa de movilizaci\u00f3n, estamos prepar\u00e1ndonos y realizando todos los pasos previos para cuando llegue el pico de trabajo.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 desaf\u00edos ha representado la construcci\u00f3n del Proyectos en CHILE?<\/strong><\/p>\n

En momentos como el actual contexto de pandemia la planificaci\u00f3n log\u00edstica de los proyectos, as\u00ed como la gesti\u00f3n de proveedores es clave. Todos los proveedores de la empresa son socios estrat\u00e9gicos y fundamentales para poder avanzar hacia el objetivo, por lo que, sin dudas, el mayor desaf\u00edo est\u00e1 relacionado al trabajo en conjunto con ellos para alcanzar los mejores resultados. .<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 diferencial crees que puede brindar Ventus a los clientes?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ventus conoce en profundidad el mercado de energ\u00edas renovables en Latinoam\u00e9rica, las pol\u00edticas de cada pa\u00eds y las oportunidades a trav\u00e9s del tiempo.
\nEl hecho de contar con sedes en distintos pa\u00edses hace que la empresa est\u00e9 en todo momento en condiciones de brindar una soluci\u00f3n constructiva, lo que la hace m\u00e1s flexible y competitiva. Adem\u00e1s, cuenta con un equipo de trabajo consolidado y con a\u00f1os de experiencia en diversos tipos de proyectos, no solo de energ\u00eda renovable.
\nPero sin dudas, el mayor diferencial que Ventus puede brindar a sus clientes y que se percibe en todo momento, es que la empresa est\u00e1 decidida a hacer que las cosas ocurran, cada vez con mayor rapidez, y sin importar los obst\u00e1culos. Como muestra de esto, en un a\u00f1o donde el mundo se paraliz\u00f3 a ra\u00edz de la pandemia, las ofertas de trabajo en Ventus son cada vez mayores.<\/p>\n

When did you start working at Ventus? What previous experience do you have?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I joined Ventus in the midst of this pandemic to work on projects that the company is building in Chile. Regarding previous experiences, I was fundamentally linked to the sector of production and construction management in a mining project and wind farms that were developed in Patagonia Argentina. I also participated in the review and development of civil engineering, renewable energy projects and building structures of different types.<\/p>\n

What projects are you leading? What are the most important tasks that are being carried out?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Currently, in company of \u00a0a team of young professionals completely determined and focused on meeting goals, I am working in the Las Cabras Solar Farm and in the Los Lagos Solar Farms, in the region of O’Higgins, in Chile that the company you are building in EPC mode.
\nBoth projects are in the mobilization stage, we are preparing and carrying out all the previous steps for when the work peak arrives.<\/p>\n

What challenges has the construction of the Projects represented in CHILE?<\/strong><\/p>\n

At times like the current pandemic context, the logistics planning of projects, as well as the management of suppliers are key aspects. All the company’s suppliers are strategic and fundamental partners in order to advance towards the objective, and is one of the greatest challenges is working together to achieve the best results.<\/p>\n

What differential do you think Ventus can provide to customers?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ventus has a profund understanding of the renewable energy market in Latin America, the policies of each country and the opportunities over time.
\nThe fact of having offices in different countries means that the company is at all times in a position to provide a constructive solution, which makes it more flexible and competitive. In addition, it has a consolidated work team with years of experience in various types of projects, not just renewable energy.
\nBut without a doubt, the greatest differential that Ventus can offer its clients and that is perceived at all times, is that the company is determined to make things happen, more and more quickly, and regardless of obstacles. As evidence of this, in a year where the world was paralyzed in the wake of the pandemic, job openings at Ventus are increasing.<\/p>\n
