\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo comenzaste a trabajar en Ventus Construcciones? \u00bfQu\u00e9 experiencia previa ten\u00e9s? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Comenc\u00e9 a trabajar en Ventus en junio de 2014 como jefe de obra de parques e\u00f3licos que constru\u00eda la empresa. En este marco, trabaj\u00e9 en los parques E\u00f3licos de Rosario<\/em> (9 MW), Ventus I<\/em> (9 MW) y 18 de Julio (10 MW) en Uruguay. Posteriormente estuve como supervisor de Obra en los parques e\u00f3licos de Vientos de Pastorale<\/em> (50 MW) y Kiy\u00fa<\/em> (48 MW) para el cliente Cobra. Con la experiencia adquirida en estos proyectos como surpervisor de obra, tom\u00e9 el desaf\u00edo de realizar una supervisi\u00f3n\/Direcci\u00f3n de obra ejecutiva en Argentina para el cliente Central Puerto donde realizamos los proyectos de Achiras 1<\/em> (50 MW), parque Budweiser<\/em> (57 MW) y Los Olivos<\/em> (22,8 MW). Adem\u00e1s, y por un corto periodo de tiempo, particip\u00e9 de la supervis\u00f3n de trabajos civiles en un proyecto de Senvion al sur de Argentina.<\/p>\n

Anteriormente a ingresar a Ventus trabaj\u00e9 como jefe de obra en los parques E\u00f3licos de Florida I<\/em> (50,4 MW) y Minas<\/em> (42 MW) en Uruguay.<\/p>\n

Durante mi tiempo como t\u00e9cnico constructor, realic\u00e9 obras de redes de aguas (limpias y servidas), redes de gas, la construcci\u00f3n de edificios entre los que se encuentran: \u00a0un cuartel de bomberos, centro de salud y un centro comunitario. Particip\u00e9 tambi\u00e9n de la construcci\u00f3n de urbanizaciones donde se constru\u00edan varias especialidades combinadas (energ\u00eda, agua, gas, telecomunicaciones, redes pluviales y cloacales) adem\u00e1s de movimiento de suelo.<\/p>\n

Recientemente, y en el marco de un nuevo desaf\u00edo personal y profesional, he decido volcar la experiencia alcanzada en el mercado de las renovables en el sector de la construcci\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de uno de los proyectos de mayor relevancia para el desarrollo del transporte en Uruguay.<\/p>\n

\u00bfC\u00f3mo se compone el equipo de Ventus Construcciones en obra? \u00bfQu\u00e9 impacto tendr\u00e1 el nuevo proyecto en el desarrollo del transporte del pa\u00eds?<\/strong><\/p>\n

En este momento estamos trabajando en uno de los proyectos m\u00e1s importantes en Uruguay de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. Adem\u00e1s de los trabajos de movimiento de suelo realizados por otros contratistas, estamos realizando la construcci\u00f3n de alcantarillas para la l\u00ednea ferroviaria de conexi\u00f3n entre el puerto de Montevideo y la nueva planta de UPM.
\nEn paralelo, vamos a iniciar la construcci\u00f3n de dos pozos de bombeo de aguas servidas en la ciudad de las Piedras, donde tendremos dos grupos distintos de trabajo para la construcci\u00f3n de de la armadura de hierro, vertido de hormig\u00f3n y armado y desarmado de encofrados. Para los pozos se contar\u00e1 con otro capataz y personal de civil, de montaje mec\u00e1nico y el\u00e9ctrico.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 desaf\u00edos ha representado este tipo de construcci\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/p>\n

El mayor desaf\u00edo consiste en ordenar una log\u00edstica confiable de medios, personal, materiales y herramientas, y establecer un orden de trabajo que permita cumplir con las necesidades de nuestros clientes; en el marco de un proyecto vial de unos 144Km, que no impacte en los trabajos que se llevan adelante en paralelo, acompa\u00f1ando las mismas seg\u00fan el cronograma y las necesidades de obra.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 diferencial crees que puede brindar Ventus Construcciones a sus clientes en el \u00e1rea de construcci\u00f3n civil?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Creo que la gran ventaja de Ventus, adem\u00e1s de ser una empresa que cuenta con una ingenier\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica y civil propia con personal joven y a la vez experiente, es que puede lograr brindar a sus clientes un acompa\u00f1amiento personalizado y dedicado, ajust\u00e1ndose a las necesidades y exigencias moment\u00e1neas a lo largo de los proyectos, garantizando est\u00e1ndares de calidad en cada proceso de construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

When did you start working at Ventus Construcciones? What previous experience did you have?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I started working at Ventus in June 2014 as a project manager for wind farms that were being built by the company. Within this framework, I worked in the wind farms of Rosario (9 MW), Ventus I (9 MW) and 18 de Julio (10 MW) in Uruguay. After this I served as Work Supervisor at the Vientos de Pastorale (50 MW) and Kiy\u00fa (48 MW) wind farms for the client Cobra. With the experience acquired in these projects as a construction supervisor, I took on the challenge of carrying out the executive supervision \/ direction of works in Argentina for the client Central Puerto where we managed the construction of the projects of Achiras 1 (50 MW), Budweiser park (57 MW) and Los Olivos (22.8 MW). In addition to this, and for a short period of time, I participated in the supervision of civil works in a project for Senvion in southern of Argentina.<\/p>\n

Before joining Ventus, I worked as a project manager at the Florida I (50.4 MW) and Minas (42 MW) wind farms in Uruguay.<\/p>\n

During my time working as a construction technician, I carried out works on water networks (clean and served), gas networks, the construction of buildings such as: a fire station, a health center and a community center. I also participated in the construction of urbanizations where several combined specialties were built (energy, water, gas, telecommunications, rain and sewage networks) in addition to soil movement.<\/p>\n

Recently, and within the framework of a new personal and professional challenge, I have decided to use the experience gained in the renewable market to work for the construction sector, through one of the most important projects for the development of transport in Uruguay.<\/p>\n

How is the Ventus Construcciones on-site team composed? What impact will the new project have on the country’s transportation development?<\/strong><\/p>\n

At this moment we are working on one of the most important projects in Uruguay in the recent history. In addition to the soil movement works carried out, we are building the culverts for the railway line that will connect the port of Montevideo and the new UPM pulp mill.<\/p>\n

In parallel, we are going to start the construction of two sewage pumping wells in the city of Las Piedras, where we will have two different work groups for the construction of the iron reinforcement, the pouring of concrete, and the reinforcement and dismantling of formwork. For the wells there will be another foreman and civilian personnel, mechanical and electrical assembly.<\/p>\n

What challenges has this type of construction represented?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The greatest challenge consists in ordering a reliable logistics of means, personnel, materials and tools, and establishing a work order that allows us to meet the needs of our clients; within the framework of a road project of about 144 km, in order to have no impact in the works carried out at the same time by others, accompanying them according to the schedule and their work needs.<\/p>\n

What differential do you think Ventus Construcciones can provide to its clients in the civil construction area?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I believe that the great advantage of Ventus, in addition to being a company that has its own electrical and civil engineering mixing a young and experienced staff, it can provide its clients with personalized and dedicated support, adjusting to the needs and demands throughout the projects, guaranteeing quality standards in each construction process.<\/p>\n
