\n\"PuntaLa sociedad Marystay, propietaria del Punta Shopping, firm\u00f3 un acuerdo con Ventus para la construcci\u00f3n global de un Parque E\u00f3lico.<\/p>\n

Ventus y Marystay S.A. suscribieron un contrato de Ingenier\u00eda y Construcci\u00f3n en julio de 2015, comprometi\u00e9ndose a dejar el aerogenerador operativo antes del 31 de diciembre de 2016.<\/p>\n

La sociedad tiene un contrato con UTE por la compra-venta de energ\u00eda bajo un r\u00e9gimen de generaci\u00f3n fuera de predio. Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3 la ingeniera Florencia Tilk, Project Manager de Ventus, esto significa \u201cque el shopping consume energ\u00eda en Punta del Este, tom\u00e1ndola de la red de UTE y, por otro lado, el Parque E\u00f3lico genera energ\u00eda en Libertad volc\u00e1ndola a la red de UTE.<\/p>\n

Ventus asesor\u00f3 a Marystay S.A. en el proceso de las negociaciones con UTE y \u00a0luego ofreci\u00f3 sus servicios para la construcci\u00f3n del parque en modalidad EPC \u2013 llave en mano.<\/p>\n

Para la compa\u00f1\u00eda de origen uruguayo, \u00a0el proyecto consisti\u00f3 en la instalaci\u00f3n de un aerogenerador marca Vestas, modelo V100 2.0MW de 95m de altura de buje, en la localidad de Libertad, en el departamento de San Jos\u00e9.<\/p>\n

La empresa realiza la ingenier\u00eda, construcci\u00f3n, supervisi\u00f3n de obras, gesti\u00f3n de compras y contrataciones, gesti\u00f3n de todos los permisos y autorizaciones requeridas, gesti\u00f3n con el fabricante, gesti\u00f3n de aprobaciones t\u00e9cnicas con UTE y puesta en marcha de los aerogeneradores. \u201cEstamos en cada etapa del proyecto, desde el inicio hasta la habilitaci\u00f3n final por parte de UTE para vender energ\u00eda\u201d, seg\u00fan destac\u00f3 Tilk.<\/p>\n

Ventus ofrece servicios en \u00e1reas de desarrollo, campa\u00f1as de medici\u00f3n y estimaci\u00f3n del recurso e\u00f3lico, ingenier\u00eda, asesor\u00eda, consultor\u00eda, construcci\u00f3n, montaje, pruebas y puesta en servicio, gerenciamiento, operaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento de Parques E\u00f3licos, a nivel nacional e internacional con una marcada expansi\u00f3n en el sector e\u00f3lico.

Ventus and Marystay S.A. entered into an engineering and construction agreement in July 2015 and the operating wind turbine generator will be running by December 31st, 2016.<\/p>\n

Marystay has already an offsite power purchase agreement with UTE (the National Administration of Power Plants and Electrical Transmissions company of Uruguay). As explained by the engineer and Ventus Project Manager Florencia Tilk, \u201cthe mall receives power from the UTE grid in Punta del Este and, on the other hand, the wind farm generates energy in Libertad and injects it into the UTE grid.\u201d.<\/p>\n

Ventus advised Marystay S.A. during the negotiation process with UTE and then offered its services for the construction of the farm as an EPC contractor (a turnkey project).<\/p>\n

For the Uruguayan company, the project consisted in the installation of a Vestas V100 wind turbine with a 95m hub height and 2.0 MW rated power in Libertad, in the Department of San Jose.<\/p>\n

Ventus is in charge of the engineer, construction, works supervision, purchasing and contract management, permits and licensing management, communication with the manufacturer, UTE technical approval management and turbine commissioning. \u201cWe are in all the stages, from the beginning to the final approval by UTE to sell power,\u201d highlighted Project Manager Tilk.<\/p>\n

Ventus offers services for the development, measuring campaigns and wind resource assessments, engineering, advisory, building, assembly, trials and commissioning, management, operation and maintenance of wind farms, at a national and international level, supporting the expansion of the wind energy industry in the region.
