\n\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo comenzaste a trabajar en Ventus? \u00bfQu\u00e9 experiencia previa ten\u00e9s? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Comenc\u00e9 a trabajar en Ventus en el a\u00f1o 2019, en el equipo que se encuentra desarrollando la ingenier\u00eda de distintas plantas fotovoltaicas en Colombia. En la actualidad la empresa est\u00e1 construyendo 3 parques solares, por m\u00e1s de 37 MWp.<\/p>\n

En el a\u00f1o 2011 ingres\u00e9 a UTE donde estuve trabajando en el \u00e1rea de Protecciones de la Red de Distribuci\u00f3n. Luego, en el a\u00f1o 2014 me surgi\u00f3 la oportunidad de incorporarme a una empresa local, donde particip\u00e9 en la ingenier\u00eda y ejecuci\u00f3n de plantas fotovoltaicas de peque\u00f1a y gran escala en Uruguay y Argentina.<\/p>\n

Mi \u00faltima experiencia fue en una gran empresa cementera uruguaya, donde me desempe\u00f1\u00e9 como jefe de obra el\u00e9ctrico en la construcci\u00f3n de la planta de molienda y embolsado de cemento en Montevideo y Treinta y Tres.<\/p>\n

\u00bfC\u00f3mo se compone el equipo de Ventus en Uruguay?<\/strong><\/p>\n

En las oficinas de Uruguay contamos con un equipo de Ingenier\u00eda integrado por profesionales de diversas ramas que brindamos servicios y soporte a las distintas \u00e1reas de la empresa.<\/p>\n

Estamos en permanente contacto con nuestros colaboradores de Argentina y Colombia, donde tenemos varios proyectos y obras en curso, con quienes trabajamos en equipo para dar soluciones a nuestros clientes en cada regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 desaf\u00edos ha representado la construcci\u00f3n del Proyectos en Colombia?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Trabajar para proyectos en Colombia representa el desaf\u00edo de adaptarnos a un nuevo mercado, con sus particularidades y normativas propias. Esto inicialmente signific\u00f3 para nuestro equipo tener que dar un plus respecto a otros proyectos locales que se ven\u00edan desarrollando.<\/p>\n

Hoy ya habiendo energizado nuestra primera planta fotovoltaica en Colombia, vemos con gran satisfacci\u00f3n el camino transitado, el cual ha significado un gran aprendizaje y crecimiento para nuestro equipo.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 diferencial crees que puede brindar Ventus a los clientes?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ventus a lo largo de estos a\u00f1os se ha posicionado como una empresa referente en la regi\u00f3n en el \u00e1rea de energ\u00edas renovables. El gran diferencial que veo es el compromiso y profesionalismo con que trabaja cada sector de la empresa, con un equipo de profesionales din\u00e1mico y con experiencia, que le permite adaptarse a distintos escenarios y necesidades de cada cliente, apostando siempre a la calidad.<\/p>\n

When did you start working at Ventus? What previous experience do you have?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I started working at Ventus in 2019, in the team that is developing the engineering of different solar farms in Colombia. The company is currently building 3 solar farms, of more than 37 MWp.
\nIn 2011 I joined UTE where I was working in the Protection area of \u200b\u200bthe Distribution Network. Then, in 2014, the opportunity arose to join a local company, where I participated in the engineering and execution of small and large-scale photovoltaic plants in Uruguay and Argentina.
\nMy last experience was in a large Uruguayan concrete company, where I worked as head of electrical work in the construction of the concrete grinding and bagging plant in Montevideo and Treinta y Tres.<\/p>\n

How is the Ventus team is composed of in Uruguay?<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the Uruguay offices we have an Engineering team composed of professionals from various branches who provide services and support to the different areas of the company.
\nWe are in permanent contact with our collaborators from Argentina and Colombia, where we have several projects and works in progress, with whom we work as a team to provide solutions to our clients in each region.<\/p>\n

What challenges have the construction of the Projects in Colombia represented?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Working for projects in Colombia represents the challenge of adapting to a new market, with its own particularities and regulations. This initially meant an additional effort for our team to have to cope with this new scenario.
\nToday, having already energized our first solar farm in Colombia, we see with great satisfaction the road traveled, which has meant great learning and growth for our team.<\/p>\n

What differential do you think Ventus can provide to customers?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Throughout these years, Ventus has positioned itself as a benchmark company in the region in the area of \u200b\u200brenewable energy. The great differential that I see is the commitment and professionalism with which each team of the company works, with a dynamic and experienced group of professionals, which allows it to adapt to different scenarios and needs of each client, always betting on quality.<\/p>\n
