La empresa se convierte as\u00ed en pionera en Uruguay.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan Diego Wins, Project Manager de VENTUS, este tipo de \u201cdrone est\u00e1 compuesto por un sistema de ocho motores de propulsi\u00f3n los cuales permiten una gran estabilidad as\u00ed como una gran capacidad de vuelo, pudiendo incorporar una c\u00e1mara semi profesional como la Canon 5D Mark III para las tomas\u201d. El modelo del drone es un S1000, de la marca DJI; que le fue recomendado al ingeniero luego de una capacitaci\u00f3n recibida en Dinamarca en septiembre pasado.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan expres\u00f3 Wins, la idea es que este aparato permita ir \u201caprovechando las paradas por mantenimientos programado de los aerogeneradores, ir colocando cada pala en posici\u00f3n vertical y realizar un video de cada aspa en tres caras de la misma: v\u00e9rtice de ataque, cara exterior y v\u00e9rtice de salida\u201d. Asimismo, el t\u00e9cnico sostuvo que el objetivo es \u201c ir armando un historial por pala a lo largo del tiempo y poder analizar distintos tipos de fallas y detecci\u00f3n prematura de inconvenientes mayores\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Con el Drone se pueden realizar distintas fotos y tomas de puntos espec\u00edficos en los aerogeneradores, logrando mejores im\u00e1genes que con una inspecci\u00f3n tradicional. Por otra parte, se calculan unos 10 \u2013 15 minutos de evaluaci\u00f3n del Drone por aspa, optimizando as\u00ed los tiempos de parada de los aeros y las reparaciones que se deban realizar.<\/p>\n<p>Esta nueva adquisici\u00f3n ayudar\u00e1 a tener un mayor control sobre la eficiencia de las aspas, al ser \u00e9stas el \u201celemento con mayor desgaste del aerogenerador. This way, the company becomes a pioneer in Uruguay.<\/p>\n<p>According to Diego Wins, Ventus Project Manager, this kind of drone \u201cconsists of a system of eight propulsion engines which provide great stability and a large flight capacity and which can incorporate a semiprofessional camera such as a Canon 5D Mark III for the shots.\u201d The drone model is a DJI S1000, which was recommended to the engineer after a training received last September in Denmark.<\/p>\n<p>Wins said that this device will enable to \u201ctake advantage of the scheduled maintenance stops of the wind turbines, to place each blade vertically, and to make a video of each angle of the blades: attack vertex, external face and exit vertex.\u201d Likewise, the technician expressed that the aim is to \u201ckeep record by blade over time and to be able to analyze different types of failures and to detect larger problems in advance.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Drone will enable to analyze various photos and shots of specific angles of the wind turbines, and to obtain better images than with traditional inspection.
