Ingres\u00e9 a la empresa para liderar el \u00e1rea de construcci\u00f3n de infraestructura. Soy Ingeniero Civil desde el a\u00f1o 2003, y tengo una maestr\u00eda en administraci\u00f3n de empresas (MBA) desde el 2014, en el IAE Business School de Argentina. \u00bfPorqu\u00e9 Ventus decide ampliar su cartera a la construcci\u00f3n de infraestructura?<\/strong><\/p>\n Los proyectos de energ\u00edas\u00a0renovables hay que construirlos, y Ventus tiene 10 a\u00f1os de experiencia en el desarrollo, la ingenier\u00eda, y el\u00a0gerenciamiento de la construcci\u00f3n. Por eso decidimos aprovechar toda esta experiencia y ofrecer a nuestros clientes el servicio completo, incluso las construcciones que antes era tercerizada. \u00bfC\u00f3mo se compone el equipo de Ventus Construcciones?<\/strong><\/p>\n Contamos con un departamento de presupuestaci\u00f3n\u00a0que se ha ido incrementando en funci\u00f3n del creciente volumen de trabajo. Hoy contamos con profesionales con dedicaci\u00f3n exclusiva a la presupuestaci\u00f3n de proyectos, as\u00ed como un equipo de administraci\u00f3n abocado a estos temas, apoyados por los m\u00e1s de 40 profesionales que componen Ventus en Uruguay. En las obras, hemos ido incorporando personal de acuerdo a las adjudicaciones.<\/p>\n \u00bfCu\u00e1les son los antecedentes de la empresa?<\/strong><\/p>\n Ventus cuenta con antecedentes en la construcci\u00f3n de 35 proyectos de energ\u00edas renovables trabajando junto a m\u00e1s de 50 industrias. En los casi 10 a\u00f1os que la empresa tiene operando en la regi\u00f3n, se han construido: m\u00e1s de 1.200 m2 de edificios, entre los que figuran 15 subestaciones para parques e\u00f3licos, 98.000 m2 de plataformas, 15.000 m3 de de hormig\u00f3n armado para fundaciones, y 26.000 metros de caminer\u00eda.<\/p>\n \u00bfQu\u00e9 diferencial crees que puede brindar Ventus Construcciones a los clientes en la regi\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/p>\n Uno de los grandes diferenciales de la empresa ha sido la capacidad de gestionar bien un proyecto. Creo que, tambi\u00e9n\u00a0la posibilidad de ofrecer servicios de ingenier\u00eda para dar apoyo a la obra en temas puntuales, es un valor agregado muy importante que brinda la empresa. [\/tp]<\/p>\n [tp lang=\u00bben\u00bb not_in=\u00bbes\u00bb]<\/p>\n When did you start working at Ventus? What training do you have?<\/strong><\/p>\n I started working at Ventus this year. I joined the company to lead the \u200b\u200binfrastructure construction area. I have been a Civil Engineer since 2003, and I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) since 2014, at the IAE Business School in Argentina.<\/p>\n I have more than 15 years of international experience in construction of industrial plants, infrastructures and buildings, in project management, operating at all stages of this projects.<\/p>\n Why does Ventus decide to expand its portfolio to infrastructure construction?<\/strong><\/p>\n Building renewable energy projects has its own complexities, and Ventus has 10 years of experience in development, engineering, and construction management. That is why we decided to take advantage of all this experience and offer our clients a complete service, including the constructions that were previously outsourced.<\/p>\n Having the experience of building wind and solar farms, which includes all kinds of work (soil movement, civil works, electromechanical assemblies, substation buildings, etc …), the construction of other works represents a natural synergy for Ventus.<\/p>\n At the same time, and as a result of the installation of large industries in Uruguay that will involve large investments ininfrastructure in our country, we have decided to take this step.<\/p>\n How is Ventus Construcciones team composed?<\/strong><\/p>\n We have a budgeting department that has grown based on the increasing volume of work. Today we have professionals with exclusive dedication to project budgeting, as well as an administration team dedicated to these issues, supported by the more than 40 professionals that work at Ventus in Uruguay. In the works, we have been incorporating personnel according to the projects awarded.<\/p>\n What are the background of the company?<\/strong><\/p>\n Ventus has a background in the construction of 35 renewable energy projects working with more than 50 industries. In almost 10 years that the company has been operating in the region: more than 1,200 m2 of buildings have been built, including 15 substations for wind farms, 98,000 m2 of platforms were constructed, 15,000 m3 of reinforced concrete for foundations was used, and 26,000 meters of railways were made.<\/p>\n What differential do you think Ventus Construcciones can offer customers in the region?<\/strong><\/p>\n One of the great differentials of the company has been the ability to manage projects. I believe that, the possibility of offering engineering services to support the work in specific matters, is a very important added value that the company offers.<\/p>\n In addition, I believe that Ventus has the peculiarity of being a very flexible company. In this framework, we can adapt to any project regardless the geographies. \nCuento con m\u00e1s de 15 a\u00f1os de experiencia internacional en construcci\u00f3n de plantas industriales, infraestructuras y edilicias, en la direcci\u00f3n de proyecto, operando en todas las etapas de los mismos.<\/p>\n
\nAl contar con la experiencia de construir parques e\u00f3licos y solares, que de por s\u00ed tienen todo tipo de obra (movimiento de suelo, obras civiles, montajes electromec\u00e1nicos, edificios para subestaciones, etc…), la construcci\u00f3n de otras obras representa una sinergia natural para Ventus.
\nParalelamente, y fruto del impulso de la pr\u00f3xima instalaci\u00f3n de grandes industrias en Uruguay que implicar\u00e1n una inversi\u00f3n en infraestructura hist\u00f3rica en nuestro pa\u00eds, hemos decidido dar este paso.<\/p>\n
\nAdem\u00e1s, creo que Ventus tiene la particularidad de ser una empresa muy flexible. En este marco es que nos podemos adaptar a cualquier proyecto en distintas geograf\u00edas. De hecho, en la actualidad estamos construyendo una obra civil en interior de Uruguay y paralelamente estamos construyendo un parque solar fotovoltaico de gran porte en la zona de Tolima en Colombia.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
