\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo comenzaste a trabajar en Ventus? \u00bfQu\u00e9 formaci\u00f3n tienes?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ingres\u00e9 a Ventus en septiembre de 2017 para trabajar en el \u00e1rea de gesti\u00f3n documental de un proyecto e\u00f3lico de uno de los grandes generadores del mercado argentino. La experiencia ganada en este mercado me permiti\u00f3 sumarme a los proyectos de la empresa en Colombia, de donde soy oriunda. En Colombia estudi\u00e9 Ingenier\u00eda Civil e hice una especializaci\u00f3n en Gerencia de Proyectos, luego en Argentina hice una especializaci\u00f3n en Regulaci\u00f3n Energ\u00e9tica y estoy finalizando una Maestr\u00eda en Energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n

\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 rol te desempe\u00f1as en la actualidad? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Actualmente me desempe\u00f1o en el departamento de ingenier\u00eda de Ventus en Bogot\u00e1, trabajando para los proyectos solares que la empresa construye en el pa\u00eds. Contamos con un equipo responsable y competitivo para afrontar los desaf\u00edos que nos presenta el pa\u00eds en referencia al mercado de las energ\u00edas renovables, sumado al apoyo que brinda la empresa desde su casa matriz en Uruguay, as\u00ed como desde su sede en Argentina.<\/p>\n

\u00bfC\u00f3mo se compone el equipo de Ventus en Colombia?<\/strong><\/p>\n

La oficina central est\u00e1 integrada por un equipo de profesionales altamente calificados y con gran experiencia en el sector. Liderados por Victor Tamayo, profesional local que cuenta con m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os de experiencia en el sector de la energ\u00eda, e Iv\u00e1n Zuluaga, con m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os de experiencia profesional en puestos de direcci\u00f3n en el \u00e1rea administrativa, comercial y de operaciones, Ventus cuenta con un equipo de desarrollo de negocios, especialistas ambientales, un equipo de ingenier\u00eda abocado a los proyectos de la regi\u00f3n, profesionales que se desempe\u00f1an en las obras que construye la empresa, as\u00ed como un \u00e1rea administrativa.A su vez tenemos el soporte de las oficinas de Argentina y Uruguay que nos apoyan en direcci\u00f3n de proyecto, ingenier\u00eda y compras.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 diferencial crees que puede brindar Ventus a los clientes en Colombia?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>Colombia posee una ubicaci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica privilegiada con un potencial de recurso e\u00f3lico y solar importante. Recientemente ha puesto el foco en la diversificaci\u00f3n de su matriz energ\u00e9tica, la cual en la actualidad se compone principalmente de energ\u00eda hidr\u00e1ulica y t\u00e9rmica.
\nEn este marco Ventus entra a brindar su aporte proveniente de la experiencia que ha adquirido en el desarrollo, ingenier\u00eda, ejecuci\u00f3n y supervisi\u00f3n de proyectos de energ\u00edas renovables en Am\u00e9rica Latina, donde la empresa suma m\u00e1s de 1.200 MW de experiencia en construcci\u00f3n de proyectos renovables, y m\u00e1s de 3.500 MW de ingenier\u00edas desarrolladas.<\/p>\n

When did you start working at Ventus? What training do you have?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I joined Ventus in September 2017 to work in the area of \u200b\u200bdocument management of a wind project of one of the biggest generators of the Argentine market. The experience gained in this market allowed me to join the company’s projects in Colombia, where I am originally from. In Colombia I studied Civil Engineering and a specialization in Project Management. In Argentina I studied Energy Regulation, and I am currently finishing a Master in Energy.<\/p>\n

What is your main role in Ventus today?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I currently take part of Ventus\u00b4engineering team in Bogot\u00e1, working for the solar projects that the company builds in the country.
\nWe have a responsible and competitive team to face the challenges that the country presents in reference to the renewable energy market, in addition to the support provided by the company from its office in Argentina, as well as from its headquarters in Uruguay.<\/p>\n

How is Ventus team composed in Colombia?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our office in Bogot\u00e1 is composed of highly qualified professionals with great experience in the sector. Led by Victor Tamayo, a local professional with more than 30 years of experience in the energy sector, and Iv\u00e1n Zuluaga, with more than 20 years of experience managing Operations and comercial teams, Ventus has a business development team, environmental specialists, an engineering team dedicated to the projects of the region, professionals who work in the projects that the company builds, as well as an administrative area.
\nAs mentioned before, we have the support of the offices in Argentina and Uruguay that support us in project management, engineering and purchasing.<\/p>\n

What differential do you think Ventus can offer customers in Colombia?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Colombia has a privileged geographical location with a significant wind and solar resource potential. The country is focused in the process of diversification of its energy matrix, which currently consists mainly of hydraulic and thermal energy. Within this framework Ventus enters to provide its contribution from the experience it has acquired in the development, engineering, execution and supervision of renewable energy projects in Latin America, where the company has more than 1,200 MW of experience in the construction of renewable projects, and more than 3,500 MW of developed engineering<\/p>\n
