\n\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo comenzaste a trabajar en Ventus? \u00bfQu\u00e9 experiencia previa ten\u00e9s?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ingres\u00e9 a Ventus en 2018. En mi trabajo anterior desempa\u00f1aba el rol de gerente t\u00e9cnico para una empresa multinacional dedicada a desarrollar productos de manufactura.
\nRelacionado a energ\u00edas renovables, trabaj\u00e9 4 a\u00f1os en Industrias Metal\u00fargicas Pescarmona S.A. (IMPSA) en distintos proyectos en Sudam\u00e9rica (Argentina, Brasil y Venezuela) como jefe de puesta en marcha y O&M.<\/p>\n

\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 rol te desempe\u00f1\u00e1s en la actualidad?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Actualmente me desempe\u00f1o como Project Manager para el cliente Central Puerto en el desarrollo y ejecuci\u00f3n de 3 parques e\u00f3licos: 2 en Bah\u00eda Blanca provincia de Buenos Aires (La Genoveva I y II y La Castellana II) y uno ubicado en R\u00edo Cuarto \u2013 C\u00f3rdoba (Manque\/ Los Olivos – Ex Achiras II). Cuento con un equipo de trabajo comprometido y profesional que me acompa\u00f1a en la ejecuci\u00f3n y seguimiento de las tareas tanto en el \u00e1rea de ingenier\u00eda como en cada una de las obras.<\/p>\n

\u00bfC\u00f3mo est\u00e1 compuesto el equipo de Ventus en el parque?<\/strong><\/p>\n

El equipo de La Genoveva est\u00e1 conformado por 12 personas lideradas por el site manager, 3 supervisores en el \u00e1rea de HSE y calidad, 2 supervisores en el \u00e1rea civil, 5 en el \u00e1rea el\u00e9ctrica y 1 supervisor de montaje. En La Castellana II contamos con el site manager y 3 supervisores. Manque\/ Los Olivos (Ex Achiras II) se compone del site manager, 2 supervisores de HSE, 1 supervisor de calidad, 2 supervisores el\u00e9ctricos, 1 supervisor civil y 1 supervisor de montaje.<\/p>\n

\u00bfCu\u00e1les crees que han sido los desaf\u00edos m\u00e1s importantes que les ha tocado sortear en tu equipo?<\/strong><\/p>\n

El desaf\u00edo es llevar 3 proyectos en paralelo con todo lo que esto implica: la coordinaci\u00f3n y comunicaci\u00f3n con cada uno de los equipos de trabajo debe ser concreta y fluida logrando una sinergia entre las partes con el objetivo claro de obtener \u00e9xito en los proyectos. Tengo la suerte de trabajar con profesionales de gran calidad, resolutivos y con amplia capacidad para afrontar los desaf\u00edos que se presentan d\u00eda a d\u00eda.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 diferencial crees que puede brindar Ventus a los clientes en Argentina?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ventus cuenta con Know how consolidado por profesionales de distintas culturas que nos permite ser capaces de dar respuestas \u00e1giles a los requerimientos planteados por los clientes de forma eficiente.<\/p>\n

When did you start working at Ventus? What previous experience do you have?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I started working at Ventus in 2018, as Project Manager for one of our main clients. In my previous job I carried out the role of technical manager for a multinational company dedicated to developing manufacturing products.
\nRelated to renewable energies, I worked four years at Industrias Metal\u00fargicas Pescarmona S.A. (IMPSA) in different projects in South America (Argentina, Brazil and Venezuela) as start-up and O&M.<\/p>\n

Which is your main role in Ventus?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I currently work as Project Manager for Central Puerto, one of our main clients, in the development and execution of 3 wind farms: two in Bah\u00eda Blanca – province located in Buenos Aires – \u00a0(La Genoveva I and II and La Castellana II) and one located in R\u00edo Cuarto – C\u00f3rdoba (Manque \/ Los Olivos – Ex Achiras II).
\nI work along with a committed and professional team me in the execution and monitoring of tasks both in the area of \u200b\u200bengineering and in each of the sites.<\/p>\n

How is the Ventus team composed?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The La Genoveva team is composed by twelve proffesionals led by the site manager, three supervisors in the area of \u200b\u200bHSE and quality, two supervisors in the civil area, five in the electrical area and one assembly supervisor.
\nIn La Castellana II we work along with one manager and three supervisors. Manque \/ Los Olivos (Ex Achiras II) consists of the site manager, two HSE supervisors, one quality supervisor, two electrical supervisors, one civil supervisor and\u00a0 assembly supervisor.<\/p>\n

What do you think are the most important challenges your team have had to overcome?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The mai challenge is to manage 3 projects in parallel with all that this implies: coordination and communication with each of the work teams must be concrete and fluid, achieving synergy between the parties with the clear objective of obtaining success in the projects. I am fortunate to work along with high-quality professionals, decisive and with vast capacity to face the challenges that are presented daily.<\/p>\n

What differential do you think Ventus can offer customers in Argentina?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ventus has know-how consolidated by professionals from different cultures that allows us to be able to provide agile responses to the requirements posed by customers efficiently.<\/p>\n
