Soy responsable de realizar la verificaci\u00f3n preliminar de los riesgos o alertas tempranas ambientales en las zonas de inter\u00e9s de Ventus para el desarrollo de proyectos. De igual forma, estoy al frente de la coordinaci\u00f3n y elaboraci\u00f3n de los diferentes estudios ambientales requeridos por la Autoridad Ambiental para dar cumplimiento a las exigencias normativas nacionales y as\u00ed poder materializar y poner en marcha los proyectos de energ\u00edas renovables ejecutados por Ventus.<\/p>\n \u00bfC\u00f3mo est\u00e1 compuesto el equipo de Ventus en Colombia?<\/strong><\/p>\n Ventus Colombia est\u00e1 compuesto por un equipo humano multidisciplinario que re\u00fane profesionales con perfiles t\u00e9cnicos y administrativos altamente calificados, y es un enlace fundamental con las operaciones realizadas en Uruguay y Argentina para lograr la expansi\u00f3n de Ventus en nuestro pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n \u00bfQu\u00e9 diferencial crees que puede brindar Ventus a los clientes en Colombia?<\/strong><\/p>\n Ventus cuenta con la trayectoria y experiencia necesaria para impulsar la transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica que requiere Colombia, aumentando la capacidad instalada en energ\u00edas renovables y con ello contribuir a la reducci\u00f3n de emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero en el pa\u00eds. [\/tp]<\/p>\n [tp lang=\u00bben\u00bb not_in=\u00bbes\u00bb]<\/p>\n When did you start working at Ventus?<\/strong><\/p>\n My employment relationship with Ventus started in 2018 due to the need to comply with the Colombian environmental regulations for the development of new projects.<\/p>\n I have a degree in Environmental Engineering \u00a0specialized in formulation and evaluation of projects, with 6 years experience in environmental regulation, I had the opportunity to be part of the work team of the Ministry of Environment and later of the National Authority of Environmental Licenses. From this place I carried out environmental analysis, evaluation and control of Energy, Hydrocarbons and Pesticides projects, issuing technical-environmental judgment concepts. I have also provided consultancy in environmental management to private sector companies that carry out procedures before the entities mentioned above.<\/p>\n Which is your main role at Ventus?<\/strong><\/p>\n I am an environmental specialist for new developments. I am responsible for carrying out preliminar verification of environmental risks or early warnings in areas of Ventus interest for the development of projects. I am also in charge of the coordination and preparation of the different environmental studies required by the Environmental Authority to comply with the national regulatory requirements and thus be able to materialize and start up the renewable energy projects executed by Ventus.<\/p>\n How is the team composed in Colombia?<\/strong><\/p>\n Ventus Colombia is composed of a multidisciplinary human team that brings together professionals with highly qualified technical and administrative profiles, linked to the operations carried out in Uruguay and Argentina to achieve the expansion of Ventus in our country.<\/p>\n What difference do you think Ventus can provide to customers in Colombia?<\/strong><\/p>\n Ventus has the necesary experience to promote the energy transition that Colombia requires and contribute to the increase of installed capacity in renewable energies and thereby contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.<\/p>\n Thanks to the location of Colombia with the equatorial line, its climates and ecosystems have great potential to develop projects linked with solar, wind, biomass, among other renewable sources. Starting from this, Colombia has a constant solar radiation throughout the year and high availability and exceptional quality of the wind resource. Tuve la oportunidad de formar parte del equipo de trabajo del Ministerio de Ambiente y posteriormente de la Autoridad Nacional de Licencias Ambientales. Aqu\u00ed realizaba an\u00e1lisis, evaluaci\u00f3n y control ambiental para proyectos de Energ\u00eda, Hidrocarburos y Plaguicidas emitiendo conceptos de juicio t\u00e9cnico-ambiental. \u00a0Adem\u00e1s, he brindado asesor\u00eda y consultor\u00eda en gesti\u00f3n ambiental a empresas del sector privado que adelantan tr\u00e1mites ante la mencionada entidad.<\/p>\n
\nGracias a la ubicaci\u00f3n de Colombia con la l\u00ednea ecuatorial, su clima y ecosistemas se cuenta con gran potencial para desarrollar proyectos de energ\u00eda solar, e\u00f3lica, biomasa, entre otras fuentes renovables.
