\nRecientemente la Uni\u00f3n de Exportadores del Uruguay y el Banco de la Rep\u00fablica Oriental del Uruguay (BROU) otorgaron a la empresa latinoamericana Ventus el Premio al Esfuerzo Exportador en el rubro energ\u00edas verdes, por la venta de energ\u00eda que la empresa realiza a Argentina desde el a\u00f1o pasado.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cEste a\u00f1o hemos exportado m\u00e1s de 150.000 MWh de energ\u00eda de los parques que operamos hacia Argentina. Este es un hecho sin precedentes para la historia del mercado el\u00e9ctrico uruguayo, ya que nunca antes un privado hab\u00eda logrado exportar energ\u00eda fuera del pa\u00eds\u201d, coment\u00f3 Francis Raquet, Director de Ventus.<\/p>\n

En 2017, Ventus firm\u00f3 un acuerdo con la Compa\u00f1\u00eda Administradora del Mercado Mayorista El\u00e9ctrico (CAMMESA) para la venta de energ\u00eda de Uruguay a Argentina. \u00a0Esta venta se realiza a trav\u00e9s de \u201cpaquetes\u201d semanales, producidos por los 73 MW de potencia instalados y operados por Ventus, distribuidos en 8 parques. Esta energ\u00eda es suficiente para abastecer a una ciudad de unos 160.000 habitantes.<\/p>\n

\u201cEstamos muy contentos con este reconocimiento. En Ventus continuamos trabajando para seguir sumando hitos en por de la transformaci\u00f3n de los mercados el\u00e9ctricos de Uruguay y la regi\u00f3n\u201d, coment\u00f3 Raquet.<\/p>\n

Recently, Uruguay Traders Union and the Bank of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay (BROU) awarded Ventus with the Export Effort Award in the field of green energy, for the sale of energy that the company carries out to Argentina since 2017.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00abThis year we have traded more than 150,000 MWh of energy from the farms we operate to Argentina. This is an unprecedented event for the history of the Uruguayan electric market, since never before a private company had managed to trade energy outside the country\u00bb, said Francis Raquet, Director of Ventus.<\/p>\n

In 2017, Ventus signed an agreement with the Electricity Wholesale Market Management Company (CAMMESA) for the sale of energy from Uruguay to Argentina. This sale is made through weekly \u00abpackages\u00bb, produced by the 73 MW of power installed and operated by Ventus, distributed in 8 wind farms. This energy is sufficient to supply energy to a city of about 160,000 inhabitants.<\/p>\n

\u00abWe are very happy with this recognition. At Ventus we continue working, adding milestones in the transformation of the electricity markets of Uruguay and the region\u00bb, said Raquet.<\/p>\n
