\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo comenzaste a trabajar en Ventus? \u00bfEn qu\u00e9 rol te desempe\u00f1as en la actualidad? Nuestro departamento trabaja con el objetivo muy marcado en la captaci\u00f3n, formaci\u00f3n y retenci\u00f3n del capital humano en el mercado de las energ\u00edas renovables. Creo que este es uno de los grandes secretos y diferenciales de la empresa para su crecimiento.<\/p>\n \u00bfCu\u00e1l es la clave del buen desempe\u00f1o del equipo de Recursos Humanos en Obra? <\/strong><\/p>\n Con respecto al buen desempe\u00f1o de los equipos que se desarrollan en obra creo que la clave est\u00e1 en el buen liderazgo del Project Manager. Es fundamental contar con el apoyo de los lideres, y sobre todo con una comunicaci\u00f3n clara y constante con los distintos interlocutores de un proyecto.<\/p>\n Uno de los grandes desaf\u00edos es que los colaboradores se sientan acompa\u00f1ados y que cuenten con la colaboraci\u00f3n de los distintos departamentos. Desde el \u00e1rea de RRHH intentamos brindar soluciones y ayudar en todo lo que est\u00e1 a nuestro alcance para facilitar los contratiempos que pueden tener nuestros compa\u00f1eros en obra.<\/p>\n \u00bfC\u00f3mo ha sido el 2018 para Ventus? <\/strong><\/p>\n Este ha sido un a\u00f1o de mucho movimiento para la empresa. Ventus ha crecido mucho este \u00faltimo tiempo, tuvimos much\u00edsimos ingresos de personal. De hecho, en octubre se dio el pico m\u00e1ximo de ingresos, que ha provocado que superemos largamente la l\u00ednea de los 100 empleados en todo el continente, producto de los nuevos proyectos en Uruguay y Argentina, as\u00ed como las crecientes operaciones en Colombia.<\/p>\n En lo que respecta a nuestro departamento, se trabaj\u00f3 mucho para cumplir con todos los requisitos de la norma ISO 9001 para lograr la certificaci\u00f3n, que alcanzamos en el mes de agosto. Adem\u00e1s, nos encontramos en un proceso de digitalizaci\u00f3n de todos nuestros procesos de trabajo lo cual ser\u00e1 un apoyo fundamental para seguir mejorando nuestro tiempo de respuesta a nuestros equipos de trabajo.<\/p>\n \u00bfQu\u00e9 diferencial crees que puede brindar el personal de Ventus a los clientes?<\/strong><\/p>\n Desde la empresa trabajamos para ser el lugar de trabajo donde los profesionales m\u00e1s talentosos de la industria quieran trabajar. I \u00a0used to work in the IT industry. In Ventus I had the opportunity to meet different profiles of other areas of engineering, and understand how the diversity of the different profiles combine in the workplace.<\/p>\n What is your main role today?<\/strong><\/p>\n I am currently responsible for Human Resources al Ventus. I am in charge of the department for the different Ventus subsidiaries in Argentina, Colombia and Uruguay, as well as other places where the company provides services.<\/p>\n Our department focuses in the recruitment, training and retention of human capital in the renewable energy market.<\/p>\n What is the key to the good performance of the Human Resources team in Work?<\/strong><\/p>\n With respect to the good performance of the teams that are developed on site, I believe that the key lies in the good leadership of the Project Manager. It is essential to have the support of the leaders, and above all with a clear and constant communication with the different partners of a project.<\/p>\n One of the great challenges is that the employees feel they have the collaboration of the different departments. From the HR area we try to provide solutions and help in everything that is within our reach to facilitate the setbacks that our colleagues may have at work.<\/p>\n How has 2018 been for Ventus?<\/strong><\/p>\n This has been a year of great growth for the company. Ventus has grown a lot this last tear, since we had a lot of new projects. In fact, in October there was the peak of staff income, which has caused us to surpass the line of 100 employees throughout the continent, product of new projects in Uruguay and Argentina, as well as the growing operations in Colombia.<\/p>\n Regarding to Human Resources, we have worked a lot to comply with all the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard to achieve the certification, which we were awarded in August. In addition, we are in a process of digitalization of all our work processes which will be a fundamental support to continue improving our response time to our work teams.<\/p>\n What difference do you think Ventus staff can provide to customers?<\/strong><\/p>\n In Ventus we work to be the workplace where the most talented professionals in the industry want to work. From the company we seek to encourage and enhance the search for excellence in what we do.<\/p>\n I think Ventus has the ideal mixture between the experience and youth.<\/p>\n In addition, our collaborators work with a lot of commitment, with great passion for renewable energies. \n<\/strong>Actualmente soy responsable de RRHH. Estoy a cargo del departamento para las diferentes filiales de Ventus tanto en Argentina, Colombia y Uruguay, as\u00ed como dem\u00e1s lugares donde la empresa brinde servicios.<\/p>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n
