\nMe encargo de la supervisi\u00f3n del montaje, la operativa y el mantenimiento de los Parque E\u00f3licos que est\u00e1n a cargo de la empresa.<\/p>\n

\u00bfCu\u00e1les son tus tareas diarias? <\/strong>
\nLlevo adelante la supervisi\u00f3n total de los parques. Esto implica desde controlar los indicadores principales de cada aerogenerador, interactuar con el tecn\u00f3logo hasta planificar las tareas y procedimientos a seguir diariamente.<\/p>\n

\u00bfC\u00f3mo te sent\u00eds llev\u00e1ndolas adelante? <\/strong>
\nMe siento bien, creo que lo mejor est\u00e1 por venir. Ventus es una empresa que sabe lo que quiere y tiene objetivos muy precisos.<\/p>\n

\u00bfC\u00f3mo definir\u00edas Ventus en una frase? <\/strong>
\nNos importa el futuro.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 significa para vos trabajar en Ventus a nivel profesional?<\/strong>
\nEs una oportunidad muy valiosa y no la quiero desaprovechar. D\u00eda a d\u00eda uno siente el apoyo y la colaboraci\u00f3n profesional que hay aqu\u00ed y es incomparable. Creo que tendr\u00e9 un desarrollo profesional muy importante.<\/p>\n

\u00bfY en lo personal? <\/strong>
\nCreo que tendr\u00e9 muchas oportunidades de desarrollar todo mi potencial en el sector e\u00f3lico. Espero superar mis expectativas y la de los dem\u00e1s, sin descuidar la tarea m\u00e1s maravillosa que existe: la de ser pap\u00e1.

\nLa forma de pensar, planificar y ejecutar cada paso.<\/p>\n

\nEn CIEMSA\/CSI donde estuve 5 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

\u00bfC\u00f3mo te ves en cinco a\u00f1os? <\/strong>
\nCreo que Ventus se encargar\u00e1 de la operativa y el mantenimiento de la mayor\u00eda de los parques de Uruguay, decir esto es ser muy optimista, pero creo que hay mucho potencial en la empresa que debe ser aprovechado por cualquier propietario de un aerogenerador. Muchas veces las personas no aprecian y valoran lo que tienen, y no se dan cuenta que tan cerca puede estar. Nosotros queremos demostrar que somos ese socio que lo va a respaldar. Esto va a ocurrir tambi\u00e9n a nivel internacional, y nosotros queremos formar parte del desarrollo del sector e\u00f3lico en toda Latinoam\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n

\u00bfD\u00f3nde crees que est\u00e1 tu potencial<\/strong>
\nEn la energ\u00eda e\u00f3lica, no tengo dudas.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 virtudes tuyas resaltar\u00edas que te llevan a ocupar el cargo que tenes? <\/strong>
\nEl conocimiento de la operativa y funcionamiento de los parques as\u00ed como del mantenimiento predictivo, preventivo y correctivo.<\/p>\n

\u00bfTuviste alguna experiencia anterior de trabajo en Parque E\u00f3licos? <\/strong>
\nTrabaje en O&M en VESTAS durante casi 5 a\u00f1os y pude aprender much\u00edsimo del sector. Por ejemplo, t\u00e9cnicas de mantenimiento predictivo y preventivo as\u00ed como todo lo referente a la puesta en marcha de aerogeneradores V80, V90, V100 y V112.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 es llevar adelante la operativa de un Parque E\u00f3lico?<\/strong>
\nEs cuidar la inversi\u00f3n de nuestros clientes, alcanzando los \u00edndices m\u00e1s altos de operaci\u00f3n y rendimiento de sus parques.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 diferencia ves en relaci\u00f3n a otras empresas nacionales e internacionales<\/strong>?
\nVentus es una empresa que conoce todas las etapas de desarrollo de Parque E\u00f3licos, tiene experiencia en cada una de esas etapas y realiza cada tarea pensando en la calidad y seguridad de sus proyectos.
\nSomos muy buenos en lo que hacemos, desde el desarrollo hasta la implementaci\u00f3n y, a medida que pase el tiempo seremos mejores, en este sentido, no hay que ser modesto, ya que tenemos mucho potencial. Ventus cuenta con muchos profesionales y t\u00e9cnicos de primer nivel que tienen la camiseta puesta y no descansan hasta cumplir con los objetivos establecidos por la direcci\u00f3n. Esto hace diferente a Ventus de las dem\u00e1s. Mi experiencia indica eso. Y estoy muy orgulloso de pertenecer a este gran equipo.[\/tp]<\/p>\n

Which is your role in the company?<\/strong>
\nI am in charge of the assembly supervision, the operations and maintenance of the Wind Farms the company manages.<\/p>\n

What are your daily tasks?<\/strong>
\nI manage the whole supervision of the farms. This involves controlling the main indicators of each wind turbine, interacting with the technician, daily tasks and procedures planning.<\/p>\n

How do you feel about it?<\/strong>
\nI feel fine, I think that the best is yet to come. Ventus is a company that knows what it wants and has very specific goals.<\/p>\n

How would you define Ventus in one phrase<\/strong>?
\nWe care about the future.<\/p>\n

What does it mean for you to work for Ventus on a professional level?<\/strong>
\nIt is a very valuable opportunity and I don’t want to miss it. Day by day one feels the support and professional collaboration; that is unique.<\/p>\n

And on a personal level?<\/strong>
\nI think I will have a lot of opportunities to develop my potential in the wind power industry. I hope to exceed my expectations and that of others, without neglecting the most amazing duty there is: being a dad.

Where did you work before joining Ventus?<\/strong>
\nAt CIEMSA\/CSI where I worked for 5 years.<\/p>\n

How do you see yourself in 5 years time?<\/strong>
\nI think that Ventus will be in charge of the operations and maintenance of the majority of the wind farms in Uruguay. Saying this is very optimistic, but I believe there is a lot of potential in the company for any wind turbine owner to take advantage of. Many times people don’t appreciate what they have, they don’t realize how close it can be. We want to show that we are that partner that will support you. This will also occur on an international level, and we want to take part in the development of the wind power industry in all Latin America.<\/p>\n

Where do you think lies your potential?<\/strong>
\nIn the wind power, I have no doubts.<\/p>\n

Which of the virtues that have made you get to the position you have today would you highlight?<\/strong>
\nThe operations and running of the wind farms, as well as the predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance.<\/p>\n

Have you had any previous experience working with Wind Farms?<\/strong>
\nI worked for O&M at VESTAS during almost 5 years and I learned a lot about the industry. For example, predictive and preventive maintenance techniques, as well as all what has to do with the V80, V90, V100 and V112 wind turbines start up.<\/p>\n

What does it take to run the operations of a Wind Farm?<\/strong>
\nIt is taking care of our client’s investment, reaching the farms’ highest operation and performance indexes.<\/p>\n

What difference do you see in relation to other national companies? And international?<\/strong>
\nVentus is a company that is familiar with all the development stages of Wind Farms, we have experience in each and every stage and we do every task considering the quality and safety of their projects. We are good at what we do, from the development to the implementation, and as time goes by we will improve, with this there is no need to be modest, since we have lots of potential. Ventus has many professionals and first level technicians who are committed and who don’t rest until they meet the objectives established by management.
