\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo comenzaste a trabajar en Ventus? \u00bfQu\u00e9 experiencia previa ten\u00e9s? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Mi experiencia en Ventus comienza en diciembre del 2016, cuando todav\u00eda estaba en la universidad y buscaba una pasant\u00eda en el sector de Energ\u00eda Renovables. Vi el anuncio en la cartelera de trabajo, y me present\u00e9 sin dudarlo. Seis meses m\u00e1s tarde, ya estaba incorporado tiempo completo.<\/p>\n

Con anterioridad hab\u00eda trabajado en el sector de Oil & Gas para Argentina, realizando an\u00e1lisis de datos, reportes estad\u00edsticos y estudios de mercado. Previo a ello, tambi\u00e9n realic\u00e9 consultor\u00eda en mejora de procesos.<\/p>\n

\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 rol te desempe\u00f1\u00e1s en la actualidad? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Soy Analista de Presupuestaci\u00f3n. Nuestro trabajo consiste en la elaboraci\u00f3n de los presupuestos y ofertas comerciales de todos los servicios que Ventus ofrece al mercado. Es un rol muy rico para desarrollarse profesionalmente, ya que abarca desde cuestiones t\u00e9cnicas hasta financieras y comerciales, permitiendo una visi\u00f3n integral del funcionamiento de una empresa.<\/p>\n

\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las principales \u00e1reas de trabajo del equipo?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nuestro trabajo implica tareas que abarcan desde la g\u00e9nesis hasta el final de todo servicio que ofrecemos: desarrollo de proveedores, estudio de costos y an\u00e1lisis financiero. Esto nos requiere siempre en un trato constante y fluido con nuestros clientes para entender sus necesidades y poder ofrecerles una soluci\u00f3n competitiva que se adapte a sus requerimientos.<\/p>\n

\u00bfC\u00f3mo ha sido el 2018 para Ventus?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Se trat\u00f3 de un a\u00f1o de crecimiento para la empresa, con dinamismo y cambios para adaptarnos favorablemente a los vaivenes del mercado, buscando siempre oportunidades de expansi\u00f3n en una industria de alto potencial que todav\u00eda tiene mucho espacio para crecer en varios pa\u00edses de Latinoam\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 diferencial crees que puede brindar Ventus a los clientes?<\/strong><\/p>\n

La experiencia y know-how adquiridos por Ventus desde sus inicios es de sumo valor para el desarrollo de las energ\u00edas renovables en pa\u00edses donde esta industria no ha evolucionado a\u00fan del todo. En consecuencia, Ventus representa un importante y valioso jugador en el mercado, con un equipo de trabajo capaz no solo de brindar soluciones eficientes y competitivas a las necesidades empresarias, sino de colaborar con el crecimiento de las energ\u00edas limpias y el desarrollo sostenible.<\/p>\n

When did you start working at Ventus? What previous experience do you have?<\/strong><\/p>\n

My experience in Ventus starts in December 2016, when I was still in university and looking for an internship in the renewable energy sector. I found out Ventus was recruiting staff, and I postulated myself without hesitation. Six months later, I was already working full time.<\/p>\n

Previously, I worked in the Oil & Gas sector in Argentina, performing data analysis, statistical reports and market studies. Prior to that, I also worked in consultory of process improvement.<\/p>\n

What is your main role in Ventus today?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I serve as Budgeting Analyst. Our work consists in the elaboration of the budgets and commercial proposals for all the services that Ventus offers to the market. It is a very rich role to develop professionally, since it covers technical, financial and commercial issues, allowing a comprehensive vision of the operation of a company.<\/p>\n

What are the main areas of work of the team?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our work involves tasks that range from the beggining \u00a0to the end of every service we offer: from supplier development, cost study and financial analysis. This \u00a0requires us a constant and fluid communication with our clients to understand their needs and to be able to offer them a competitive solution that adapts to their needs.<\/p>\n

How has 2018 been for Ventus?<\/strong><\/p>\n

It was a year of growth for the company, with many changes to adapt favorably to the different scenarios of the market, always looking for opportunities for expansion in a high potential industry that still has a lot of room to grow in several Latin American countries.<\/p>\n

What difference do you think the company can provide to customers?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The experience and know-how acquired by Ventus since its inception is of great value for the development of renewable energies in countries where this industry has not yet evolved at all. Consequently, Ventus represents an important and valuable player in the market, with a team capable of providing efficient and competitive solutions to business needs, while collaborating with the growth of clean energies and sustainable development.<\/p>\n
