\u00a0 \u00bfQu\u00e9 est\u00e1 haciendo Ventus en t\u00e9rminos de Operaci\u00f3n & Mantenimiento para las empresas en Argentina?<\/strong><\/p>\n En la actualidad estamos realizando supervisi\u00f3n de montaje y de puesta en marcha para dos grandes proyectos en Argentina, que superan los 150 MW de potencia instalada. Pretendemos seguir ofreciendo estos servicios en el pa\u00eds en el mediano y largo plazo.<\/p>\n En paralelo, estamos montando nuestro equipo local de Operaci\u00f3n & Mantenimiento para poder ofrecer de forma local: boroscop\u00edas, inspecciones de palas o de aerogeneradores. En la actualidad Ventus tiene un equipo de O&M con base en Uruguay, que brinda servicios al continente desde hace m\u00e1s\u00a0de 5 a\u00f1os, y pretendemos ampliar a\u00fan m\u00e1s nuestras fronteras y calidad de servicio producto de la creciente\u00a0demanda de nuestros clientes.<\/p>\n \u00bfQu\u00e9 servicios puede brindar la empresa a empresas en Argentina?<\/strong><\/p>\n En O&M, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la supervisi\u00f3n de montaje y puesta en marcha, al d\u00eda de hoy administramos parques (m\u00e1s de 10 parques en Uruguay), ensayos el\u00e9ctricos, instalaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento de torres meteorol\u00f3gicas, as\u00ed como estudios de rendimientos de parques e\u00f3licos.<\/p>\n Recientemente desde Ventus hemos creado un software propio que permite realizar un an\u00e1lisis de rendimiento de\u00a0parques a trav\u00e9s de algoritmos neuronales que permiten construir modelos digitales de funcionamiento de aerogeneradores, y luego comparar estos modelos con el funcionamiento real del parque. En Uruguay hemos probado el software en los parques que opera la empresa y en parques de terceros, y los resultados han sido magn\u00edficos. Los estudios, que no llevan m\u00e1s de una semana para un parque de 50 \u00f3 100 MW, arrojan resultados que permiten a los clientes actuar con celeridad sobre el rendimiento de sus parques.<\/p>\n Complementariamente, hace varios a\u00f1os la empresa trabaja con tecnolog\u00eda L\u00edDAR para la prospecci\u00f3n y el mantenimiento de parques e\u00f3licos, para detectar desalineaciones de los aerogeneradores o diferentes problemas con las palas. El uso de esta tecnolog\u00eda, que arroja gran precisi\u00f3n, suele no estar incluida en los contratos standard de mantenimiento, por ello es de especial importancia para Ventus poder contar con esta tecnolog\u00eda para poder otorgar este diferencial a nuestros clientes.<\/p>\n \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 es tan importante el mantenimiento de un parque, y cu\u00e1les son los riesgos de no mantenerlo?<\/strong><\/p>\n M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de que lo que se busca es mantener el valor del activo del cliente, la clave del negocio se centra la b\u00fasqueda de la eficiencia del parque e\u00f3lico. Por ello, los servicios adicionales en los que nos apoyamos en Ventus intentan otorgar una propuesta de valor que optimice la inversi\u00f3n del cliente que, de otro modo, con un contrato standard de mantenimiento no acceder\u00eda a un monitoreo continuo.<\/p>\n El mantenimiento del parque cobra a\u00fan mayor relevancia sobre el final de contrato de garant\u00eda con el tecn\u00f3logo. El final de esta garant\u00eda oscila entre 2 \u00f3 5 a\u00f1os desde la construcci\u00f3n del parque cuando el ciclo de vida de cada proyecto es entre 20 y 25 a\u00f1os. El tiempo de incertidumbre del cliente parece demasiado largo. Y m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de que los parques cuentan con certificaciones de clientes sobre su durabilidad, una vez caduca la garant\u00eda, el cliente comienza a asumir un riesgo que antes no ten\u00eda de que las cosas se puedan romper. Y lo m\u00e1s probable es que el desgaste de los a\u00f1os haga que se tengan que introducir cambios, producto de las roturas. Aqu\u00ed el tema m\u00e1s relevante es saber cu\u00e1ndo hay que hacer estos cambios.<\/p>\n Por ello, es clave realizar un mantenimiento preventivo para conocer el estado de los componentes y para poder programar los mantenimientos de forma de perder la menor eficiencia posible.<\/p>\n Por ello desde Ventus, decimos que nuestro mantenimiento es preventivo y predictivo, y que lo que buscamos es adelantarnos a las necesidades de los clientes.<\/p>\n En este marco, \u00bfporqu\u00e9 Ventus puede brindar un servicio diferencial en operaci\u00f3n & mantenimiento?<\/strong><\/p>\n Ventus opera en el mercado argentino desde hace m\u00e1s de 3 a\u00f1os, y cuenta con m\u00e1s de 60 profesionales trabajando all\u00ed. Conocemos el mercado en el que operamos y las necesidades de los clientes, as\u00ed como los proveedores locales que permiten dar respuestas r\u00e1pidas. Creo que este es un diferencial muy importante.<\/p>\n Producto de nuestro conocimiento integral de todas las etapas de los proyectos, desde el desarrollo, la ingenier\u00eda y la operaci\u00f3n del parque, podemos dar respuestas precisas y reaccionar de forma inmediata a los problemas que pueda tener el cliente.<\/p>\n [\/tp]<\/p>\n [tp lang=\u00bben\u00bb not_in=\u00bbes\u00bb]<\/p>\n What is Ventus doing in terms of Operation & Maintenance for companies in Argentina?<\/strong><\/p>\n We are currently supervising assembly and commissioning for two large projects in Argentina, which exceed 150 MW of installed capacity. We intend to continue offering these services in the country in the medium and long term.<\/p>\n We are also setting up our local Operation & Maintenance team in Argentina to be able to offer boroscopies, blades or wind turbine inspections locally. Ventus currently has an O&M team based in Uruguay, which has been providing services to the continent for more than 5 years, and we intend to expand to the rest of the continent the services we provide.<\/p>\n What services can the company offer in Argentina?<\/strong><\/p>\n Beyond the supervision of assembly and commissioning, today we manage wind farms in Uruguay, we lead electrical tests, installation and maintenance of met masts, as well as wind farm performance studies.<\/p>\n Recently from Ventus we have created our own software that allows to study performance analysis of farms through neural algorithms that allow us to build digital models of wind turbine operation, and then compare these models with the real operation of the farm. In Uruguay we have tested the software in wind farms that the company operates and other wind farms, and the results have been magnificent. The studies, which do not take more than a week for a wind farm of 50 or 100 MW, show results that allow customers to act quickly on the performance of the turbines.<\/p>\n Complementarily, the company has been working for several years with L\u00edDAR technology for prospecting and maintenance of wind farms, to detect wind turbine misalignments or different problems with blades. The use of this technology, which shows great precision, is usually not included in the standard maintenance contracts, so it is of special importance for Ventus to have this technology to be able to grant this differential service to our customers.<\/p>\n Why is the maintenance of a wind farm so important, and what are the risks of not maintaining it?<\/strong><\/p>\n The maintenance of the farm becomes even more important on the end of the guarantee contract with the technologist. The end of this guarantee ranges between 2 or 5 years from the construction of the farm when the life cycle of each project is between 20 and 25 years. And beyond that the farms have certifications of customers about their durability, once the warranty expires, the client begins to assume a risk that before did not have that things could break. And it is most likely that things will break. The most relevant issue is knowing when to make these changes.<\/p>\n Therefore, it is essential to carry out preventive maintenance to know the state of the components and to be able to program the maintenance so as to lose the lowest possible efficiency.<\/p>\n Therefore, from Ventus, we say that our maintenance is preventive and predictive, and that we seek is to anticipate the needs of our clients.<\/p>\n In this framework, why can Ventus provide a differential service in operation & maintenance?<\/strong><\/p>\n Ventus has been operating in the Argentine market for more than 3 years, and has more than 60 professionals working there. We know the market in which we operate and the needs of customers, as well as local suppliers that allow quick responses.
