\n\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo comenzaste a trabajar en Ventus? \u00bfQu\u00e9 experiencia previa ten\u00e9s? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Comenc\u00e9 a trabajar en Ventus a principios de 2017. Anteriormente trabaj\u00e9 en una consultora de Ingenier\u00eda Civil donde me desempe\u00f1\u00e9 en el departamento de c\u00e1lculo estructural de la empresa y luego en el departamento de Geot\u00e9cnica por aproximadamente 5 a\u00f1os. Desde mis comienzos trabaj\u00e9 en el rubro de energ\u00edas renovables y he tenido la suerte de trabajar directamente con Ingenieros de gran nivel y vasta experiencia en \u00a0estructuras de gran porte en el Uruguay.<\/p>\n

\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 rol te desempe\u00f1\u00e1s en la actualidad? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Integro el departamento de Ingenier\u00eda civil y arquitectura de la oficina de Montevideo tanto en \u00e1rea de geot\u00e9cnica como en el c\u00e1lculo de estructuras. Desde all\u00ed, m\u00e1s de 30 profesionales damos soporte a nuestro equipo en Argentina y Colombia.<\/p>\n

\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las principales \u00e1reas de trabajo del equipo?<\/strong><\/p>\n

En este momento estamos trabajando en el dise\u00f1o vial, el c\u00e1lculo estructural e hidr\u00e1ulico de varios proyectos para nuestros clientes en Argentina, as\u00ed como algunos proyectos de autoconsumo industrial que la empresa ha acordado recientemente.<\/p>\n

\u00bfCu\u00e1les crees que han sido los desaf\u00edos m\u00e1s importantes que les ha tocado sortear en tu equipo?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Creo que el desaf\u00edo m\u00e1s importante es poder volcar toda la experiencia obtenida en Uruguay en la construcci\u00f3n de Parques Solares y E\u00f3licos en todo lo que es ejecuci\u00f3n de obra y supervisi\u00f3n, a todos los mercados del continente. Creo que las ganas de aprender, el trabajo en equipo y el buen ambiente de trabajo nos han permitido dar un salto para mejorar la calidad de los proyectos que producimos.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 diferencial crees que puede brindar Ventus a los clientes?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ventus cuenta con un equipo profesional interdisciplinario que contempla la visi\u00f3n de Ingenieros civiles, arquitectos, ingenieros el\u00e9ctricos, comerciales, mec\u00e1nicos que se han formado en diferentes pa\u00edses como son Uruguay, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico o Venezuela. Esto hace que\u00a0 los proyectos cuenten con una visi\u00f3n integral basada en la experiencia de cada uno en su rubro y seg\u00fan su formaci\u00f3n, cubriendo as\u00ed todas las necesidades de los clientes.<\/p>\n

When did you start working at Ventus? What previous experience do you have?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I started working at Ventus at the beginning of 2017. Previously, I worked at a Civil Engineering consultancy where I served in the structural calculation department of the company, and then in the Geotechnical department for approximately 5 years. Since my beginnings I worked in the field of renewable energies and I have been lucky to work directly with engineers of great level and vast experience in large structures in Uruguay.<\/p>\n

In what role do you play today?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I take part of the civil engineering and architecture department both in the geotechnical area and in the calculation of structures at the Uruguay office, were we work asside with mora tan 30 professionals that support our team in Argentina and Colombia.<\/p>\n

What are the main areas of work of the team?<\/strong><\/p>\n

At this moment we are working on road design, the structural and hydraulic calculation of several projects for our clients in Argentina, as well as some industrial self-consumption projects that the company has recently agreed upon.<\/p>\n

What do you think have been the most important challenges that yor team had to overcome?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I believe that the most important challenge has been to be able to turn all the experience gained in Uruguay in the construction of Solar and Wind Farms in execution of work and supervision, and take it to all the markets of the continent. I believe that the desire to learn, teamwork and good work environment have allowed us to make a leap to improve the quality of the projects we produce.<\/p>\n

What difference do you think Ventus can provide to customers?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ventus has a professional interdisciplinary team that contemplates the vision of civil engineers, architects, electrical engineers, commercial engineers, mechanics who have been trained in different countries such as Uruguay, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico or Venezuela. This provides the projects with a comprehensive vision based on the experience of each one in their field and according to their training, while covering all the needs of the clients.<\/p>\n
