Alfredo Morelli, Gerente de Operaciones de Ventus Argentina habla de los\u00a0 desaf\u00edos de la construcci\u00f3n de un parque e\u00f3lico, y la experiencia que la empresa tiene en la regi\u00f3n.<\/em><\/p>\n Si bien los procesos de construcci\u00f3n son bastante homog\u00e9neos, existen diferencias constructivas a considerar en los parques de 10MW \u00f3 100MW, diferentes tipos de suelo, niveles de tensi\u00f3n de conexi\u00f3n, etc. Depende mucho del parque, la potencia, cantidad de aerogeneradores y el sitio donde se construya el parque.<\/p>\n Lo primero que se comienza es la Ingenier\u00eda. Si bien puede considerarse un proceso tedioso, termina siendo vital para el \u00e9xito del proyecto. En particular, permite lograr mayores optimizaciones y evitar problemas en etapas finales de construcci\u00f3n y puesta en marcha. Para comenzar con la Ingenier\u00eda, es necesario tener una buena ingenier\u00eda b\u00e1sica, acordada con la utility. A su vez, estudios geot\u00e9cnicos, topograf\u00eda, hidrolog\u00eda, acceso a la capacidad de transporte y estudios de impacto ambiental son fundamentales. La ingenier\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica, particular la relacionada a las obras de conexi\u00f3n, es cr\u00edtica comenzarla cuanto antes ya que suele ser el camino cr\u00edtico del proyecto y se necesita para iniciar el proceso de compra de equipos principales.<\/p>\n Hemos visto en el pasado que la mayor\u00eda de los proyectos se han preocupado, con raz\u00f3n, en asegurarse el transformador de potencia. En la pr\u00e1ctica, vemos que han sido otros suministros los cr\u00edticos.<\/p>\n Una de las primeras actividades de obra, es la civil. La misma abarca diferentes especialidades como vial (caminer\u00eda, plataformas) y estructuras (cimentaciones). La extensi\u00f3n de caminos de decenas de kil\u00f3metros as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n fundaciones de m\u00e1s de 50 camiones mixer por base, implican obras que pueden extenderse entre 4 y 12 meses, de acuerdo al tama\u00f1o y complejidad del parque.<\/p>\n Algunos meses m\u00e1s tarde, a\u00fan sin finalizar la obra civil, comienza la obra el\u00e9ctrica. Cada proyecto es un mundo. La tensi\u00f3n de conexi\u00f3n, infraestructura existente, necesidad o no de apertura de l\u00ednea y utility en cuesti\u00f3n definen la complejidad del proyecto. Estas obras pueden requerir entre 6 y 18 meses.<\/p>\n \u00bfCu\u00e1l es el valor el servicio de gerenciamiento de proyectos y obras que realizan en Argentina?<\/strong><\/p>\n La correcta gesti\u00f3n de proyectos evita desv\u00edos en plazos y costos del proyecto que podr\u00edan atentar contra el modelo econ\u00f3mico del negocio y su real concreci\u00f3n. El Gerenciamiento de Proyecto exige el m\u00e1s alto grado de planificaci\u00f3n y conocimiento de la construcci\u00f3n de este tipo de centrales generadoras. Although it can be considered a tedious process, it ends up being vital for the success of the project. In particular, it allows achieving greater optimizations and avoiding problems in the final stages of construction and commissioning. To begin with the Engineering, it is necessary to have a good basic engineering, agreed with the utility. At the same time, geotechnical studies, topography, hydrology, access to transport capacity and environmental impact studies are fundamental. Electrical engineering, particularly the one related to connection works, is critical to start as soon as possible since it is usually the critical path of the project and it is needed to start the process of purchasing major equipment.<\/p>\n We have seen in the past that most projects have rightly been concerned with securing the power transformer.<\/p>\n One of the first activities of work are the civil aspects. It covers different specialties such as roads (roads, platforms) and structures (foundations). The extension of roads of tens of kilometers as well as foundations of more than 50 mixer trucks per base, imply works between 4 and 12 months, according to the size and complexity of the farm.<\/p>\n Some months later, even without completing the civil work, the electrical work begins.
