\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo comenzaste a trabajar en Ventus? \u00bfQu\u00e9 experiencia previa ten\u00e9s?<\/strong>
\nComenc\u00e9 a trabajar en Ventus en 2017. Anteriormente, trabaj\u00e9 en el mismo cargo, como responsable de seguridad y salud ocupacional, en una industria automotriz para una autopartista y en un centro log\u00edstico de una de las empresas de consumo m\u00e1s importantes del mundo.<\/p>\n

\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 rol te desempe\u00f1\u00e1s? \u00bfC\u00f3mo est\u00e1 formado el equipo de HSE?<\/strong>
\nMe desempe\u00f1o como Responsable de Higiene y Seguridad para Ventus en la regi\u00f3n, as\u00ed como en Colombia donde la empresa abri\u00f3 sus oficinas recientemente. El equipo de QHSE est\u00e1 formado por un conjunto de profesionales que trabaja a la par con un grupo de especialistas y t\u00e9cnicos en cada una de las obras de energ\u00edas renovables en los que la empresa opera.<\/p>\n

\u00bfCu\u00e1les son tus principales \u00e1reas de trabajo en las obras?<\/strong>
\nPara las obras puntualmente trabajo en la coordinaci\u00f3n de la gesti\u00f3n de higiene, seguridad y medio ambiente. Desde este lugar buscamos asegurar el cumplimiento de las pol\u00edticas de seguridad de la empresa, para proteger a las personas y cuidar el medio ambiente.
\nDesde Ventus trabajamos para generar indicadores que nos permitan fijar objetivos exigentes, y as\u00ed poder mejorar y superarnos permanentemente.<\/p>\n

\u00bfCu\u00e1les consider\u00e1s que son los desaf\u00edos m\u00e1s importantes del \u00e1rea de QHSE?<\/strong>
\nEl desaf\u00edo m\u00e1s importante es implantar una cultura de trabajo que tenga como prioridad la seguridad de las personas durante la realizaci\u00f3n de sus labores, que esta es una tarea que nos involucra y es responsabilidad de todos.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 diferencial crees que puede brindar Ventus a los clientes en Argentina?<\/strong>
\nCreo que Ventus puede marcar diferencia con las personas que forman los equipos de trabajo. Personas con experiencia en la industria, comprometidas y con actitud para la adaptaci\u00f3n de nuestro trabajo a la demanda y exigencias de nuestros clientes.<\/p>\n

When did you start working at Ventus? What previous experience do you have?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I started working at Ventus in 2017. Previously, I worked in positions related to occupational health and safety in the automotive industry for a logistics center of one of the most important consumption companies in the world.<\/p>\n

What is your main role in Ventus? How is the HSE team formed?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I work as Head of Hygiene and Safety Department for Ventus in the region, as well as in Colombia where the company recently opened its offices. The QHSE team is composed of a team of professionals who work together with the group of specialists and technicians in each of the renewable energy works in which the company operates.<\/p>\n

What are your main areas of work?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I take care of the coordination of hygiene, safety and environment management. From this place we seek to ensure compliance with the company’s security policies, taking care of the environment and professionals who work there.<\/p>\n

In Ventus we work permanently on generating indicators that may allow us to set demanding objectives, and thus be able to improve permanently on this work areas. The development and analysis of these indicators is a very powerful tool, which we are seeking to implement in our workplace.<\/p>\n

What do you consider to be the most important challenges in the QHSE area?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The most important challenge is to implement a work culture that strengthens the importance of safety in the workplace, and that this is a task that involves all of us, regardless of the specific work that is carried out.<\/p>\n

What difference do you think Ventus can provide to customers in Argentina?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I think Ventus can make a great difference thanks to its grupos of professionals. People with experience in the industry, committed and with the attitude to adapt their work to the demands of our clients.<\/p>\n
