Soy ingeniero civil, egresado de la Universidad de Buenos Aires. Desde que comenc\u00e9 la facultad, siempre tuve una inclinaci\u00f3n por las energ\u00edas renovables. De hecho, mi proyecto final de carrera inicialmente trataba sobre la construcci\u00f3n de un parque e\u00f3lico.<\/p>\n Hace poco m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o y medio que trabajo en Ventus en el departamento de ingenier\u00eda civil para los proyectos en los que la empresa brinda servicios en Argentina. Previamente me hab\u00eda desempe\u00f1ado en empresas consultoras y en una empresa de c\u00e1lculo estructural.<\/p>\n \u00bfEn qu\u00e9 rol te desempe\u00f1\u00e1s? <\/strong><\/p>\n Actualmente me desempe\u00f1o como ingeniero civil en el departamento de ingenier\u00eda. El equipo de trabajo de ingenier\u00eda se compone por los departamentos de ingenier\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica y civil. \u00bfCu\u00e1les son las principales \u00e1reas de trabajo del equipo?<\/strong><\/p>\n Desde el equipo de ingenier\u00eda de Ventus buscamos dar soporte en todas las etapas de construcci\u00f3n de un proyecto renovable. \u00bfCu\u00e1les crees que han sido los desaf\u00edos m\u00e1s importantes que les ha tocado sortear en tu equipo?<\/strong><\/p>\n Creo que el desaf\u00edo m\u00e1s importante ha sido poder formar un equipo de ingenier\u00eda s\u00f3lido que pueda dar respuesta en todas las etapas, desde un sector que, cuando se comenzaba a gestar nuestro equipo hace poco m\u00e1s de dos a\u00f1os, era a\u00fan inexperiente.<\/p>\n En poco tiempo se logr\u00f3 forjar un equipo de profesionales competentes y apasionados por lo que hacemos, con una habilidad particular de adaptarse a las distintas necesidades del mercado, para poder brindar soluciones a medida para cada cliente.<\/p>\n \u00bfQu\u00e9 diferencial crees que puede brindar Ventus a los clientes en Argentina?<\/strong><\/p>\n El diferencial que puede brindar Ventus en Argentina es capitalizar toda la experiencia previa que trae desde Uruguay, donde la empresa es referente en el sector renovable.<\/p>\n Adem\u00e1s, al contar hoy con un equipo de m\u00e1s de 50 personas aqu\u00ed en Argentina, nos permite dar respuestas \u00e1giles a las necesidades planteadas por los clientes de forma eficaz y eficiente.<\/p>\n Otro valor agregado de Ventus es que puede participar en todas las etapas del proyecto, lo que permite realizar todos los trabajos en vista de que el proyecto salga adelante.<\/p>\n [\/tp]<\/p>\n [tp lang=\u00bben\u00bb not_in=\u00bbes\u00bb]<\/p>\n When did you start working at Ventus? What previous experience do you have?<\/strong><\/p>\n I am a civil engineer, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires. Since I started studying, I always had a predilection for renewable energy. In fact, my final project was initially about the construction of a wind farm.<\/p>\n I started working at Ventus a year and a half ago in the civil engineering department for projects in which the company provides services in Argentina. Previously I had worked in consulting companies and in a structural calculation company.<\/p>\n Which are the projects you are involved in?<\/strong><\/p>\n Currently I work as a civil engineer in the engineering department. The engineering team is composed of the electrical and civil engineering departments.<\/p>\n From the company we have provided services to a large part of the clients awarded in RenovAR tenders.<\/p>\n In addition to performing the engineering tasks, in the last months I have worked in the management of various detailed geotechnical campaigns.<\/p>\n What are the main areas of work of the team?<\/strong><\/p>\n From the Ventus engineering team, we seek to provide support in all stages of the construction of a renewable project.<\/p>\n From the civil team, the main tasks are the execution and coordination of civil basic engineering, implementation of previous studies (geotechnical, topographic and hydrological) and project management.<\/p>\n What do you think have been the most important challenges that your team had to overcome?<\/strong><\/p>\n I believe that the most important challenge has been to be able to form a solid engineering team that can respond at all stages of renewable energy projects, in a demanding but unexperiendced sector in those days.<\/p>\n In a short time we managed to create a team of competent and passionate professionals for what we do, with a particular ability to adapt to the different needs of the market, to be able to provide tailormade solutions for each client.<\/p>\n What difference do you think Ventus can provide to customers in Argentina?<\/strong><\/p>\n The differential that Ventus can provide in Argentina is to capitalize all the previous experience that the company carries from Uruguay, where the company is referent in the renewable sector.<\/p>\n In addition, having a team of more than 50 people here in Argentina, allows us to provide agile responses to the needs posed by customers.<\/p>\n Another added value of Ventus is that we may provide services in all stages of the projects, which allows all the works to be carried out with a great deal of knowledge of the project’s progress.<\/p>\n [\/tp]<\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" [tp lang=\u00bbes\u00bb not_in=\u00bben\u00bb] \u00bfCu\u00e1ndo comenzaste a trabajar en Ventus? \u00bfQu\u00e9 experiencia previa ten\u00e9s? \nEn los \u00faltimos meses adem\u00e1s de realizar las tareas de ingenier\u00eda, realice la gesti\u00f3n de cuatro campa\u00f1as geot\u00e9cnicas de detalle.<\/p>\n
\nDesde el equipo civil, las principales tareas son la ejecuci\u00f3n y coordinaci\u00f3n de ingenier\u00edas b\u00e1sicas civiles, ejecuci\u00f3n de estudios previos (geot\u00e9cnicos, topogr\u00e1ficos e hidrol\u00f3gicos) y la gesti\u00f3n de proyectos.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
