\nEl pasado viernes 1ro. de setiembre Ventus particip\u00f3 en el Seminario de referencia del mercado argentino de las energ\u00edas renovables, promovido por el Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC) titulado \u201cNuevas Reglas del Mercado en Argentina\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n

El Seminario cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de las autoridades del sector energ\u00e9tico de la Argentina y actores preponderantes del mercado de las energ\u00edas renovables, quienes discutieron acerca de los desaf\u00edos que se plantean a partir de resoluci\u00f3n 281\/2017 que regula el Mercado a T\u00e9rmino, as\u00ed como las novedades de la pr\u00f3xima ronda de RenovAr 2.0.<\/p>\n

En el marco del Seminario, Juan Pablo Saltre, CEO de Ventus particip\u00f3 en el panel titulado \u201cDesaf\u00edos actuales para los EPC de energ\u00eda e\u00f3lica en Argentina\u201d. All\u00ed expuso la visi\u00f3n de la empresa a partir de la vasta experiencia que posee Ventus como especialista en la construcci\u00f3n de parques e\u00f3licos y solares en modalidad EPC llave en mano.<\/p>\n

\u201cEs fundamental precisar que un EPC llave en mano no es simplemente una obra de construcci\u00f3n, un EPC llave en mano es un servicio, que si bien finaliza con la construcci\u00f3n de una obra, incluye tambi\u00e9n la ingenier\u00eda, la optimizaci\u00f3n de esta ingenier\u00eda, identificaci\u00f3n y mitigaci\u00f3n de riesgos, as\u00ed como el gerenciamiento de la obra. Para esto es necesario que quien lleve adelante un EPC conozca el negocio y las distintas aristas de un proyecto de energ\u00edas renovables. La experiencia en Am\u00e9rica Latina muestra que EPCistas con trayectoria en renovables son clave para la optimizaci\u00f3n de los recursos, porque el especialista en este tipo de proyectos es quien puede anticipar los riesgos de todas las etapas del mismo\u201d, coment\u00f3 Juan Pablo Saltre.<\/p>\n

Consultado acerca de los inconvenientes que han encontrado algunos de los proyectos adjudicados en las primeras dos rondas de Renovar, Saltre coment\u00f3: \u201cvarios proyectos adolecieron de estudios e ingenier\u00eda previa. Esto naturalmente genera que los valores de inversi\u00f3n prevista se vean incrementados, lo cual a su vez dificulta la financiaci\u00f3n de estos proyectos\u201d.

On September 1st, Ventus participated in the renowned Seminar of the Argentine renewable energies market, promoted by the Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC) titled \u00abNew Rules of the Market in Argentina\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n

The Seminar was attended by the authorities of the energy sector of Argentina and preponderant players in the renewable energy market, who discussed the challenges that arise from resolution 281\/2017 that regulates the Market at Term, as well as the news of the next round of RenovAr 2.0.<\/p>\n

In the framework of the Seminar, Juan Pablo Saltre, CEO of Ventus participated in the panel entitled \u00abCurrent Challenges for EPC Wind Energy in Argentina\u00bb. He presented the vision of the company, coming from the vast experience that Ventus has as a specialist in the construction of wind and solar parks in EPC turnkey mode.<\/p>\n

\u00abIt is essential to specify that a turnkey EPC is not simply a construction site, a turnkey EPC is a service that, although it ends with the construction of a work, also includes engineering, optimization of this engineering, identification and risk mitigation, as well as management of the work. To efficiently manage these linked silos, it is necessary that whoever carries out an EPC knows the business and the different edges of a renewable energy project. The history in Latin America shows that EPC specialists with a track record in renewables are key to optimizing resources, because a specialist in this type of projects can anticipate the risks during all the stages of the same\u00bb said Juan Pablo Saltre.<\/p>\n

When asked about the disadvantages of some of the projects awarded in the first two rounds of Renewal, Saltre commented: \u00abSeveral projects suffered from previous studies and engineering. This naturally leads to increased investment values, which in turn makes it difficult to finance these projects.\u00bb<\/p>\n
