UN BUEN EPCISTA: SOLUCIONES EFICACES Y EFICIENTES

El pasado jueves 15 de marzo se llevó a cabo el Congreso Latinoamericano de Energías Renovables 2018, celebrado en Buenos Aires.
En el marco del Congreso, Ventus participó del panel titulado “El Valor Agregado de un Buen EPCista”, en el que expusieron importantes jugadores del mercado renovable argentino y latinoamericano experientes en la materia: Damian Rio (Regional Energy Project Manager – Business Development de WorleyParsons), Andrés Gismondi (Country Manager de Vestas Argentina), Santiago Patrón (Gerente de Nuevos Negocios de Generacion Electrica de Pampa Energia), y Santiago Mullin, Chief Operations Officer de Ventus Energía.
En el panel se comentaron las principales diferencias entre una empresa constructora y un EPCista. Los participantes coincidieron en que el EPCista es la empresa capaz de coordinar soluciones integrales para los proyectos renovables, entendiendo el negocio en su conjunto y velando por los intereses del Cliente.
Entre las fortalezas más relevantes de un EPCista se nombró su capacidad de gestión, negociación y de diseño integral, orientada al cumplimiento de objetivos y, por lo tanto, de garantizar soluciones para el cliente.
“La buena gestión de un EPCista permite evitar costos adicionales excesivos y significativos, que impacten no solo en los costos del proyecto sino en los plazos del mismo, pudiendo afectar negativamente el modelo económico del negocio.
Asimismo, un apropiado diseño o ingeniería con una visión integral de un proyecto contribuye a la optimización de plazos, aspecto fundamental en el mercado argentino.
